10/10/2018 15:37 | They could also be worth nought! | cockneytrader
10/10/2018 15:31 | How did any canny investor or hedgie also not spot the winding up notice published several days ago! Damn. Never looked at this share but would have been a top retail short all the way down with that crazy valuation until this morning. Bargain Booze #2? | privileged
10/10/2018 15:31 | The market is general is quite pessimistic from brexit, this just gives it another reason to dive. The shares are probably going to open sub £3, then I assume will sell off till around £2.20/£2 | this_time_its_different
10/10/2018 15:22 | Rich1980p, if that does happen it's a very sad day for the staff. I have always found them very polite and the strawberry slice was always first class :-( | cockneytrader
10/10/2018 15:19 | Not a chance biz will implode so one will supply it now without cash in advance which biz hasn’t got so shelves empty in days = no biz. | rich1980p
10/10/2018 15:18 | The whole AIM market needs an overhaul. | cockneytrader
10/10/2018 15:17 | Investors champion. Quite possibly, but who will trust them. Too busy cashing in share options and to miss a petition filed on the 14th September beggars belief. | cockneytrader
10/10/2018 15:06 | I hope something can be resolved for the sake of the ordinary workers and shareholders. Don't get me started on the Directors. | cockneytrader
10/10/2018 15:05 | Exactly post 960 - That is what sounds like but lets see what the details are - | tomboyb
10/10/2018 15:02 | Directors will be mighty glad they cashed in all those share options in the last year. Purely coincidental of course... | phowdo
10/10/2018 14:48 | if no support who will invest in any of his companies again . once bitten twice shy ! who will want to read his newspaper column ? who will want to hire him as a speaker for a business conference ? all street cred gone ! he cant claim I did not know what was going on ? he has to sort it out . | haroldthegreat
10/10/2018 14:37 | Luke Johnson should be well able to provide/procure financial support for the company (and I suspect it will take a lot more than £1 million) | sleepy
10/10/2018 14:36 | time for luke to cough up 1 million to save the company . | haroldthegreat
10/10/2018 14:36 | Thing is if HMRC have called its debt, then the question is how much cash is left? - Be interesting to see what happens from here - Feel v sorry for shareholders as there is literally no clue anywhere for something like this to happen - | tomboyb
10/10/2018 14:33 | Bleurgh classic credit crunch no one will supply them now shops shutting inside days | rich1980p
10/10/2018 14:29 | Well I won't be making any accusations of anyone as all the circumstances are not yet clear, but it is consistent with fraud limited to a very small group or even one individual. Much easier to hide if it's just one person especially if they are in a very senior position. Time will tell | davr0s
10/10/2018 14:27 | Given Luke Johnson’s role in the Interquest shenanigans it is tempting to think that he is now getting what he deserves | sleepy
10/10/2018 14:22 | Unbelievable, really. | funkmasterp12
10/10/2018 14:20 | More likely scenario is that the tax bill/winding up order will have been sent to one individual who didn't tell anyone for whatever reason - quite plausible the rest of the board didn't know until they started looking in the last day. I imagine they will have forensic accountants crawling all over this and looking under every rock now. It's not a great development as it caps how much time the company has to sort its finances out and so pay it | davr0s
10/10/2018 14:19 | But also, if you had noticed this it was an absolute gift if you were able to go short! It doesn't look as if any significant short interest has picked up, so it seems to have gone largely unnoticed. Absolutely mind boggling. | funkmasterp12
10/10/2018 14:19 | 10/10/2018 1:53pm RNS Number : 6281D | johnwise
10/10/2018 14:15 | Ha, yes! But it takes even a special, super type of Peter to not know you have a winding up order out against you. | funkmasterp12 |
