Those placees at 50p must have been given risk elements before they participated in it...However there will be a case to be answered by all..apart from the now tarnished reputation of Johnson ... there will be a forensic examination of what has occurred...other than that I suspect luke will have his mobile switched off...saffy.....

As usual nothing will be done to hold him and all those responsible to pay up private shareholders that invested on false figures and statements made by the BoD.

Lucky I was not invested here but feel for those that were.

So LJ refused to put back the £10 million that he took back after the placing but offered a few million instead to pay the wages for January. I'm sorry for the shareholders, creditors and employees but I feel supportive for the stance the banks have taken in this matter. The administrator/liquidator as part of his report will obviously look at the events of the last 6 months and the extent to which the company has been trading while insolvent. All in all a shocking state of affairs.

Sorry for all the staff who only look to earn a humble living.
Sorry also for the shareholders. The accounts suggested a healthy business.
Hopefully someone will do time and the keys thrown away.

That is just a small % of the vast sum of money he extracted from the company over the years whilst allowing a fraud to continue due to his gross negligence. The least he could do IMHO.....and shows the vast difference between what those at the top 'earn' from businesses compared to the workers who make that wealth.....
