The portfolio on the new website is inadequate and their lack of care shows in the poor grammar.

I see we have invested in a Colin Bird and a Dave Lenigas company, on advice from someone else. Great work.

My point was in relation to your claim that he "knew another load of cheap stock etc",

So instead of selling his whole holding in the market, he thought he'd cleverly divest a lump to his own Company and then, later, only days before the cheap stock actually hits the market, he thought he'd add 30m or so, split between increasing his personal holding again and yet another related company?

Each to their own mate, I'll stick with what I know. .

he sold some earlier in the year as per RNS onto a related party so from a personal point of you he has benefited from it
no getting round it outspan

..but James and related holdings went up by near 30m shares, not down in his most recent move/RNS. His earlier divestment was misreported - it was more like a direct transfer to Riverfort, a related company.

presuming the honkong based company was the seller of the 150m
no wonder james sold his holding down as he knew another load of cheap stock was coming to the market
surprised they didn't drip feed but i guess the amount was small for them
maybe a useful tax loss

Looking at the share price action it looks very much as though NL is staying on at PRS for now any way!

Those who've conspired to remove NL aren't doing a very good job so far. No tactic is beneath him, no idea what's behind todays collapse probably get a late RNS.

How long can Nicholas Lee hang on here. Value destruction at New World and Polemos, no value at the Lofgren buys. Someone has to take the blame and he's got to be favourite.

Corporate rather than personal but let's hope so! Profit for them is essential if ordinary punters are ever to be joyful.

As I see it, James Lewis clearly straddles both entities and for his initial entity to make roughly 27% in about 6 weeks before passing the holding on to his other entity strongly suggests that decent uplift is still seen from .14p - quite the reverse of a dump, I would suggest.

More that it appears to add to the emerging New Year notion of better times ahead for PRS and, very unlike previously, the (new) big boys want to hold a good chunk of what's coming.

That Riverfort has now consequentially taken a direct stake in its new "partner" (RNS 18 Jan refers) whereby PRS "...will work closely with and co-invest alongside RiverFort in a range of opportunities within the natural resources sector..." only serves to add to the sense that very good things are foreseen (for the PRS SP) by the same people involved in bringing those things to fruition.

Can't ask for a better pointer than that IMHO.

Hardly had to wait at all!

So it was Riverfort taking on the holding previously notified as bought by Shard Capital (Gibraltar) as a 5.08% slice of the overall Shard 22 Jan Holdings Notice. Both are James Lewis connected.

We'll see but "a first" sure doesn't square with the 5 Holdings Notices PRS has released in just the last 2 months.

Website was updated on 6 Feb to remove Hartford entry when holding was reduced to under the reportable 3% threshold on or around that time (Holdings RNS refers).

Hartford had only ever held about 62m and had sold around 10m of these when they went under 3% several weeks ago. So wherever today's 90m came from, Hartford was well short of being a singular source though, of course, it may have been part of it.

Either way, with 90m representing c. 5% of the Company, the buyer should become visible under the rules and possibly the seller too but not necessarily if more than one sub-3% source.
