14/11/2016 09:43 | "Paternoster continues to hold 49.3 million, or 7.1%, of Plutus's issued shares". Worth way more than the PRS mkt cap. To be fair they had to sell the options held on Plutus.....ran out of time. The rest of the holdings are a rag bag unfortunately .....almost worthless. | barnetpeter
11/11/2016 15:39 | Arise Sir Nick for lining your own pocket. Your serfs ( shareholders ) will always fund your pocket. What's happened to your exotic sidekick Amanda V-D ???! | higson1
11/11/2016 12:32 | I think it should be Sir Nick Lee for services to...Nick Lee. | barnetpeter
11/11/2016 12:27 | Whats it got to do with any of you lot ? Nick Lee can do what he wants with his private wage generating machine. You lot have no say. Stop interfering with a man who is just trying to make some money for himself!! | chimers
11/11/2016 10:50 | I bet nick Lee is really regretting selling most of his ppg holding !! | 1savvyinvestor
11/11/2016 09:08 | Most investment are doing Well, even if the share price quadruples it'll be undervalued. Some investments aren't on the open market (yet!). The value of total current investments (on market price) is over PRS value - | isa2020
01/11/2016 07:54 | More good news this morning from investment in PPG. This has been a great investment by Nick Lee. Pity about the rest of his lame duck shareholdings. | higson1
31/10/2016 07:06 | Will be selling my few and will be putting the proceeds into TERN | sweepie2
24/10/2016 10:22 | Sooner rather than later Nick will face a rough shareholders meeting . The cash continues to drain away and poor investments are bought. His non exec Amanda is invisible and she should go as well. The Big Sofa fiasco is unbelievable . | higson1
23/10/2016 16:26 | NL is starting to build up abit of history of questionable investments to go along with his successes like LDP but given his large wages in such a small investment company would we miss him too much if he was voted out at the next AGM? Sooner or later if he doesn't pull the proverbial finger out, increase PR even the main investors here will start to tire of his antics | sweepie2
20/10/2016 14:17 | A motley collection is a fair assessment. At a big discount to NAV it must be said. But the suspicion is that all the monies will end up with the directors as fees. Lee has bought 20 million over the last two years. My average is 0.18 and I would be pleased to take 0.25 on any spike....... | barnetpeter
20/10/2016 10:17 | What's the point of PRS? A motley collection of investments ( apart from one or two ) random share placings, dilutions and Nick Lee sitting there earning money as if it's his private fiefdom. He spends most of his life at private members club Home House anyway . This company needs to liquidate all of its holdings and distribute to shareholders before it's too late .Also what's the purpose of mining guru Amanda V-D ?? since she's been the other director PRS seems to be going nowhere . | higson1
19/10/2016 08:35 | Good news for a change rns from ppg .otc and mxo . we now need the pr machine to make a noise about it ?? | h d shoring
18/10/2016 09:12 | Chairman of New World is Nick Lee . Another great investment by Paternoster and no doubt Mr Lee has been paid for his special services at New World which now looks to be in serious trouble . Another duff investment under Nick Lee stewardship perhaps ?? | higson1
17/10/2016 12:37 | Again Nick Lee not on the ball . This must be major problem for Big Sofa to pull out of reverse discussions at this stage. Very poor management and leadership by directors of Paternoster. | higson1
17/10/2016 10:29 | If it is a legacy issue surely should have been picked up by due diligence or wasn't this done before the investment was made, surely a case of fraud against PRS if it was hidden whatever it is by anybody at NEW. Just damages sentiment so all the good gains at PPG and MTR are forgotten about | sweepie2
17/10/2016 08:17 | What is Nick Lee playing at? As the football song goes "you don't know what you're doing...." | cpap man
17/10/2016 07:12 | NEW not good The Company announces that an issue has arisen in connection with a transaction previously carried out by the Company which may have a material impact on its financial condition. This situation is currently being investigated by the Company. Unfortunately, as a consequence of this, the Company has been informed by Big Sofa Limited that due to the current uncertainty surrounding this legacy issue, it has decided to terminate discussions with the Company regarding a possible reverse transaction and listing on AIM. A further update will be provided in due course once the situation can be clarified, pending which trading in the Company's shares will remain suspended. | sweepie2
06/10/2016 12:29 | fracking-lancashire permission- overturned, Interesting articles on this. Where are these companies going to get there suppliers? | isa2020
