09/3/2015 10:59 | WOW, didn't see this decline coming, this seller who backed the placing seems determined at all costs to sell down their stake, how many have they got left, excellent short term and long term bet at these prices | sweepie2
06/3/2015 15:14 | A discount to NAV could simply just mean a good value way of losing your money in Miners? It's not as if Miners have done anything except plunder cash, is it? | nick rubens
06/3/2015 11:20 | For what its worth my guesstimate spreadsheet had PRS with a NAV of £2,713,611 or 0.403p per share, todays’ RNS gives £2,758,784 or 0.39p per share. Currently I make it about £2,665,521 or 0.396p per share. The only real difference is that you can now buy at around 0.21p compared to 0.254p in December. Still about a 43% discount. Even if you strip out the unquoted investments PRS is still trading at a 25% discount. Bearing in mind the delays in getting the last placing away I think there is a good chance that someone wasn’t keen to cough up the cash and has been selling ever since. | marab
