Minera Triton will acquire 100% of Patagonia Gold's Cap-Oeste Sur Este project ("COSE") located in Santa Cruz Provinace.

What are they selling then?

Steeplejack, COSE isn't Cap Oeste.

This is nearly half the mkp and extinguishes the need for a placing

First corporate activity in a decade. At least it proves that the lights are still on.

The Arconas / Quilvest rns could be just a redistribution of the shareholding. Those companies are a tangled web of investments controlled by the Bemberg's. They were limited on any increases in their PGD shareholding by concert party shareholding regulations/limitations. Happy to be proved wrong.

Good luck GSG with your on-going investments,
anyway, especially PGD of course!

I do agree that mining is a cyclical business and IMO we are now at the beginning of the next up cycle. Sold some PGD in the 60's so can't complain to much. I would currently include PGD in the basket case league along with many AIM miners. There are also some real quality mining companies out there which are very undervalued particularly on the Canadian exchange IMO. I just don't include PGD in that list, until they can prove they can live up to their announcements. For all holders here I hope there will be a change in PGD's performance. The up coming agm would be a great time to start.

I am sorry that your investment hasn't materialized GSG.
It seems to me that the Gold price, along with everything else; politics, polls, Presidents....has not done what was expected.

If the experts can't agree on how it's going, then the people running little gold companies must be as frustrated as PI'S.
I don't know how these will work out but I believe ,for me, anyway, it's worth putting a bit into a few and wait and see.

I really do believe it's up to your own individual risk threshold
and of course there are never any guarantees.

Again they didn't have to purchase more shares so I look upon that as a good sign.

hazl, I already have more of these than you can imagine lol. I'm just saying it the way it is.

You can always make a few quid on the run up to the PGD agm, because of the way the board operates.

Tell me. Of the newsflow promised in the last webcast, what have they delivered?

GSG look at any of the little miners.
Each sector has it's cycle.

Ah well, as usual people will wait until everybody has driven up the price until they take the plunge.
People's choice.

Thanks dave .
Again why would they splash out on the shares if it wasn't good for the future?

A long bowl forming in my opinion.

hazl, PGD has been diluted to oblivion since those days. I also really hope they can get it going again. We'll see.

Well what a load of rubbish!

I got into these years ago and kept them till they were up to about 55p,I forget exactly, anyway they did me proud.
The time to get them is when they are low as I did before.

The same thing happens every year in the run up to the AGM. There will be an optimistic rns on the day. After the AGM the board will scarper back to Argentina and not be heard of for another year. Haven't you worked that out by now?
