kemche - I was using the term in the loosest possible way, you understand ;¬)

They're obviously in similar businesses, and I guess have known each other for years, if not decades. Both masons? ;¬))

Who knows, but 8% seems like quite a percentage as part of a normal balanced portfolio...

Don't suppose he and Swinstead are related parties are they? Now have around 23% between them.

They ought to do well out of Brexit - even if they don't supply the sort of people who do the negotiation, they certainly supply all the IT and project office support-type staff who'll be needed to control and document the process.

Might be a good time to take it private while it's still unloved but with the prospect of mouth-watering contracts available if they can close the deals.

All this fuss about Pokemon Go makes me laugh - it's the sort of thing the bright boys at Inition could have knocked up in an afternoon and become the next internet sensation. So near, yet so very far away...

good to see many more vacancies being posted on Parity professionals website. Last couple of weeks they have averaged 70+,for most of last year they averaged 25-30 ! Altho vacancies posted don't guarantee fees/revenue there's usually some sort of correlation

Rubber billets, with the recent retirement and shrinkage of the main board, a new NED is unlikely to be a major drain if any against the savings and when you then look at his background, strikes me that this experience in the recruitment space will be invaluable help and likely to be well worth any fees.I wonder if they used their own recruitment system to identify and attract their new NED.

They sure have one crystal ball...able to predict full year end Dec 2016 so early!...

The strong momentum seen at the start of the current year, and detailed at the time of our full year results in March 2016, has continued across our core businesses, Parity Professionals and Parity Consultancy Services. Trading is in line with the Board's expectations for the full year ended 31 December 2016."
