heading towards sub 8p imo, Tim will have a decent chance to make a speculative offer if the share price keeps going down.

I have since learnt that the FD was a specialist in digital related businesses such that when Parity decided to exit the sector some three months after his arrival he decided amicably that the Parity opportunity was no longer for him.No more no less.

He was only in post since August last year, so maybe some spat with the new CEO. I'm wondering if some ex-board members are unloading some shares given the volume over the last week or so.

Anybody any idea as to why the new FD resigned?

Nearly £1m EBITDA in 2H and cash generative to the tune of nearly £500k in H2. I've looked a the market cap today, appears to be less than £10m.

There hasn't been any RNS about significant reduction in holdings by major holders recently, so there must be quite a few PI who have given up the ghost on this one. We could do with Timmy splashing the cash again.

Back to familiar territory.Always good to see an individual standing out amongst a crowd of recruitment businesses that otherwise seem to be in rude health and profitable.

It would be unbelievable if Watt's didn't come with an offer.

In a research report issued on today, Investec maintained their “Buy” rating on Parity Group PLC (LON:PTY)’s stock. The target would indicate a potential upside of 27.66% from firm’s previous close.

mod, abergele,
I think we can begin to see the wood for the trees for the first time in ages. There is still work to do but I think the H2 results shows moves in the right direction.

I am also much comforted by the share purchases of Messrs Swinstead and Watts - which can only be described as "prescient". Aherrm. :)

Kemche,
yes ,a tick for you,we all agree I think,

Paid 11p in Nov, also 12p+ later that month..a small top up today while at the same area is prudent,as I believe we all view this higher late summer, autumn.

when at 14.5p,I was thinking 20p here we come, but with over a 30% drop, near 40% I was wondering if bad new was creeping out,but we stuck with it,blind faith eh.

The credentials are set for better times as long as we can turn greater growth,
and a 5% profit from the turnover of near £85 million, quite a pos.now the corner has turned, not ruling out a future dividend would help.

We are still miles above the 200 dma,and without sellers, can see 16p at least on the horizon from the chart ..so I shall hold and add when funds avail.,gla

A significant improvement in H2 really shows what the business can do if they stick to the knitting and don't go chasing wild Geese.

I suppose it was only to be expected that the new boy was going to avail himself of the use of the kitchen sink and write off the costs of the previous follies.

Supercommunication/Inition/Groupseer getting the briefest of mentions. I really do wonder why it is still there and not sold on.

Turnaround in cash flow is welcome - which I suspect will show a marked improvement in the current year.

All in all a commendable performance in H2. If we extrapolate that to the whole year (call me mad!) then I suspect the share price should lie comfortably north of here.

AIMHO and DYOR as always.

A quick look at the results this morning suggests they have made £1m profit in the second half.

Rather interesting.
