Well considering you are invested there it's difficult to understand why you feel the need to post here loads more than you post there.

Andrew Smith group asset manager within the newly created Land, property and renewables
division.
My role is to establish a quality national portfolio of land and property assets.
Must be more acquisitions on the way.

why would you drill for oil when price if $50 - he is a poker player playing in a sand pit where the conditions have changed re renewables being pumped to high heaven - maybe you should start eing a little more constructive

I think that is more likely than TC ever drilling for oil again.

Leeds,

there is also a lot of confusion re debt in T.C's / PMG's tangled affairs.
I would stay well clear of this one.

If you're looking for good news … Inland Homes INL continues to go from strength to strength.

Gas prices are declining, but I do foresee the already overpriced rent received on the offices improving probably. A shame that shareholders don't benefit from that. although I know who does !

This is all rather disappointing. Gas prices are down, but this is a future play on exploration. The Platypus field seems to near to producing reasonable news and in total there is £84m in NAV in the 2019 accounts for a market cap of £40m – so this is undervalued. It also makes a small profit which is a rarity for an explorer/developer.

I think there is potential for significant share price growth easily beyond 60p, particularly if gas prices improve. My concern is one others have mentioned – why did the Chairman decide to buy a farm in Scotland, it might produce good renewables and given the share-price slump she hardly got a great deal, but is a concern as to how they see the company.

I will hold this on probation, hopefully some good news out of Platypus or possible a buy out or even an offer for Ping? Will see if the company can get its act together for shareholders.
