22/1/2020 21:10 | Does anyone think PMG may take a swing at Ping? Ping put themselves up for sale last year and several of the management team are ex Dana. They are also part of the OMF SIG. They have 50% of 15/17c and 15/18c, undeveloped discovery close to Scott. As well as some production from Anasuria cluster. And 21/6b (Avalon), undeveloped discovery close to Polecat/Marten. And where does Longboat fit into all this...ex FPM mgt team looking to acquire assets - might they have a swing at PMG themselves? Maybe they already approached and that is why TC upped his PMG stake? Both TC and FPM were taken over at prices they both believed well below true value, they are bitter. If Longboat were to take a say 20% stake in PMG that would effectively stop any takeover of PMG unless at a price they were both happy with...? Yes...we just wait..and speculate... | robs12
22/1/2020 13:48 | Was going to say what pointless posting but I suppose that would also be classed as same. Did it anyway. The problem is that there is nothing really to say until some news arrives. The fact is though that transformational news could come at any time with the potential that exists here. | makingmillions

15/1/2020 13:43 | troy were those footings in prior to purchase or post | scarboro
15/1/2020 11:31 | Haven't decided to build it yet ? On what possible basis does the construction of the footings indicate that a decision hasn't been made to build it ? Google Maps don't lie ! | troy
15/1/2020 10:09 | they havent decided whether to build it yet....i think its logical to assume they are spending more time deciding how to monetise the acerage for wind turbines, strike a deal, sell off the remaining acerage and then if they can make a few bob on building a property so be it. you could have gone to the AGM and been told all this | scarboro
15/1/2020 09:53 | How is Tom's new weekend house coming along ? | mallorca 9
14/1/2020 21:40 | OGA are probably as ill informed as the shareholders. It would be a big win for them if PMG send their oil across the Scott to be fair....collaboratio | sludgesurfer
14/1/2020 14:16 | Sludgesurfer, the OGA site is still quoting Q4 2019 for FID for GPA, with 1st hydrocarbons planned for 1H 2022 (that was what they updated to in April 2019), but the Press and Journal article based on interview with TC 31st Aug 2019 said FID slated for Spring 2020. So could be anytime now. Let's hope your right... | robs12
14/1/2020 11:04 | I'm not. I sold months ago. Bought JSE at 40p. | fardels bear
14/1/2020 10:43 | Well all I can add is that since I sadly pressed the sell button on PMG and immediately put the proceeds into Inland Homes INL, I have made quite a lot of money . The full year results are out this month and they are likely to be outstanding and will include a juicy divi. Don't waste your life on this dog of a share and a CEO who couldn't care less about you. | mallorca 9
14/1/2020 10:37 | It's the Royal We. They've been in the papers a lot recently. We don't need spamming here. | fardels bear
14/1/2020 10:28 | Who's 'we' Fardels ? This really is a dog. Press the sell button and join me at Inland Homes INL. Nice divi to be had there too. | mallorca 9
14/1/2020 10:23 | We don't care, Mally. | fardels bear
14/1/2020 09:37 | Inland Homes (INL) on another surge upwards. | mallorca 9
13/1/2020 19:47 | You expect ongoing negotiations to conclude by June | chutes01
13/1/2020 12:36 | Just catching up on posts. I certainly hope that tournesol continues to post. This company has been a dog for long term holders. For years it traded at a premium due to the "tom cross" factor. That shine came off last year with a deal which, putting it kindly is "questionable". The corporate governance stinks for all the reasons that Tournesol mentions. I bought back in a few weeks ago for one reason and one reason only. I think that CNOOC are so keen to extend the life of the Scott and improve the field economics that they might, just might take the capex hit to upgrade the facilities and take some of Parkmead's horrifically sour crude across their platform. They will extract their pound of flesh in the tariff agreement no doubt but if the Scott doesn't take it, the sour crescent will remain stranded whatever spin PMG put on it IMO. I have a 20% stop and a back stop of June after which I'll sell out and assume that negotiations have gone nowhere. | sludgesurfer
08/1/2020 09:22 | Inland Homes INL , breaking higher again. Take a look ! | mallorca 9 |
