Er, the mkt cap is currently £36.75m. Where you get £55m?

It has £30m or cash! And will make c£3/4m from gas assets, so do the maths £55m mkt cap subtract the cash you are at £25m so gas assets alone it trades c6/7x multiple, plus you have gpa and platypus in for nothing and the renewables

Guys, stop pocking the bear.

He hasn't had his honey yet.

Bears, go buy some more shares. We can have a laugh how well you did next month.

I'm following this share following Mallorca recommendation.

The chart is saying run for the hills so initial reaction was not to buy. Post with, I delve into the company RNS's and the related party transaction is not so much run for the hills as jump off the cliff edge.

When I get a shorting account sorted out, I'll have another look at this.

Good afternoon poolie111

"cyan and chums...you all out now ?"

I have never held PMG or shorted any share. I do not intend buying PMG in the future.

Nasty people on this thread it would appear ! Parkmead Group announced an acquisition and related party transaction. Related parted transactions always seem a bit dodgy to me, but as we are told all of the directors (excluding Tom Cross) said it was OK – well, it must be.A very debatable patch of farmland that was in the process of being struck off companies house ?This does not excite me not one little bit.Ridiculous market cap at 40 million and very limited upside from this point. However DYOR as shares can go up as well as down. The MICEJust be careful as we all work hard for our money.Or is it?
