good morning.

Just to clarify ….. I was not referring to Pitreadie Farm and renewables.
I was referring to the GPA and the Scott tie back.

It’s nice having people on here who can see it for the dreadful investment it has become due to the shocking decisions made by the BOD.

Think today it will swiftly move into the 30’s as the latest large shareholder has gone below 3% and does not now have to give notice of any large share sales.

I will think about a purchase at 31p but will reconsider when it get there shortly.

Good evening mallorca

Thanks for the clarification that your earlier responses; (mentioning partners/finance providers) were not about RENEWABLE's but were in fact refering to the GPA development.

PMG are going it alone on Pitreadie Farm Ltd; at least for the time being. They need to complete those "studies" then formulate a development plan; then make planning applications.

All this will take time. Could easily spend two years just on the application processes for permissions to erect turbines. Nothing is gauranteed; they could be refused planning permissions.

Only after permissions is it possible another entity might want to provide the development capital.

Of course; PMG could try and go it alone but that would seriously weaken their financial position just when Platypus would require cash. Options include fund raises via equity.

Imo , not much is going to happen on the farms for a long time; with the possible exception of a sale of THAT house .

I would hope that the forthcoming Full Year Results elaborate on this and also update on Netherlands exploration and Platypus.

If so , share price will double from it's current level.

- yes … this section of the RNS Re GPA ...

'The majority of the proposals have focused on innovative approaches to the potential development, with significant new work carried out on well planning, timeline to production and financing. A number of the proposals have also offered finance to the Group for key parts of the development, significantly reducing the capital expenditure required to bring the project onstream'.

Polar have reduced their holding to under 3%.........is that a sign that they want out?

FardelsBear..........could you please explain why CLNR is a dead duck as that would help investors make there mind up as to whether or not they should have a look and subsequently invest in a very clean business.

Thank you..........

Its clear from the RNS announcing the Pitreadie Farm Ltd acquisition that this was entirely unsuported .

No partner with specific proposals and supplying finance .

Its a speculative, at best, investment.

PMG will have to arrange any development finance after the fact.

It appears they are starting from scratch with this line;

"Parkmead will be conducting a detailed analysis for optimising the land use of the various sites within the Pitreadie portfolio."

Hi again mallorca

I can not find a RNS with anything like your claim in respect of RENWABLES.

"haven't we already been told that several potential partners have submitted proposals , including finance."

I asked you for a link; you responded;

"it relates to the RNS re Scott tie back.
Find it yourself."

I can not see anything about partners submitting proposals, including finance for RENEWABLES

I read broad aim claims;

29.3.2019

"The team at Parkmead is working intensively to evaluate and execute further value-adding opportunities, which could provide additional upside to the Company. These are primarily energy-related and include wider opportunities, which could broaden and enhance the Group's asset base and revenue stream."

Exactly the same statement was made on 16.11.2018

mallorca 9, when have the company talked about partners and financing for the renewables at Pitreadie?

All I can find is mention in relation to the GPA oil fields project. Is this what you're thinking of? It's hardly the same thing.

Parkmead has made a number of important growth steps in relation to the GPA project. An invitation to tender was announced to the service provider market, covering the pre-FEED, FEED and subsequent development phases of the project. Parkmead was pleased to report that 13 alliance submissions were received, comprising 35 companies, across all project components of drilling, subsea construction and export route options. After evaluating the proposals, Parkmead is holding discussions with a number of leading, internationally-renowned service companies.

The majority of the proposals have focused on innovative approaches to the potential development, with significant new work carried out on well planning, timeline to production and financing. A number of the proposals have also offered finance to the Group for key parts of the development, significantly reducing the capital expenditure required to bring the project onstream.
