If this was such a good deal why did Tom Cross a man with a estimated fortune of

£25,000,000 not buy it to add to his property enterprize? my theory is just plain

Greed to all Toms groupies I suggest they look at Serica Energy where the Chairman

Tony Craven Walker has started 3 not 1 sucessful companies and behaves like a person

has his shareholders interest at heart, Shame on you Tom Cross.

I'll still bet my £1 that the share price attacks 50p by end next week.

Its not "UNDERVALUED"...R30;that is what the market has valued it at, and that is the value.

You can say that because of the recent deal, the uncertainly surrounding it, the dilution, the TC (and friends) holding now makes PMG hard to take-over and reduced the takeover premium (if there ever was one......that in your opinion, the selling view taken by the market is wrong.

And.....mall9,.....don't use words like "attack"....it does not mean anything.


Anyway......these are my principles......and if you do not like them, I have others.

I was thinking about attending the AGM this year. Did anyone go last year?

It was held in Aberdeen at 9am on Monday, 17 December - a week before Christmas.

They're hardly encouraging shareholders to participate!

Just to add …

In fact the book value of Pitreadie Farm plus cash at bank is almost equal to the current Market Cap of £40m. Leaving aside GPA completely, we also have a share in producing gas fields in Holland with revenue of £10m pa , plus a 15% stake in the Platypus gas field which comes online in 2021, which, at today's rates will increase total revenue to circa £30m.

I hold a LOT of these.

I understand your comment re news, however it's sentiment that has driven this lower along with the dilution.

Net asset value though is circa £80m, revenue circa £10m, ,minimal debt and the blue touch paper could be lit at any time …. thus

It is undervalued presently.

look m8, that is not happening......there is no news till next and that is about GPA, so will be postponed again.

The news on the horizon is Platypus sanction, and that is 6-9 months away.

How none of the BOD have resigned over the latest fiasco is beyond me.

None have them have enhanced their CV’s after allowing such a poor deal to go through at shareholders expense. The fall in share price is a testament that.
