littlemadam - we've received this exact same message before in May 2012 - though it wasn't RNS'd it was put on PAA website as it was deemed not necessary to RNS, it's nothing new... I dug this out from PAA website:

ALL shares are subject to 'sale' scams since time began, so I don't see why this RNS was issued. I suspect given PAA has limited free float the ability to block something going ahead or 'get in the way' of a new structure deal by spending not alot acquiring shares now Herald has sold increases risk for DC/Harwood?

Perhaps DC was simply worried about interference given recent volumes.

At least we have new posters and interest here. Note it is a POSSIBLE scam so did the FCA flag it up, the company or a third party?

It's good for the odd pump and dump but those in late to the party always get
well and truly screwed over.

And any surprise windfall to the company is only going to pay back loans owed
to the boss.

People should stop encouraging others this is a buy until the company give a
solid reason to do so !

No.
Duss, do you think rns should be more specific? I do.

Share scam?? I don't recall ever seeing a RNS like this before!

Oh and it was a big winner - Next was 8p at its low point - I got in at 40p.. obvious I sold out nowhere near the levels now but did "ok" :-) also did well with my retail company share options due to a takeover.. oh and all shares carry a degree of risk - look how many FTSE250 mining and oil shares have fallen off a cliff recently - no share is 100% safe so perhaps they are all a "gamble" ??

Last point for you - yet it is virtually just PAA that grabs your attention... dozens of AIM shares could do with your "wisdom" so use it elsewhere - it seems personal, even if it is not. Is 100% deramping fair too? Not all bear points made (general point) are valid so perhaps the answer - in your world - is to get rid of Advfn and LSE altogether !!

Ah, I see. Your stock picking strategy had a winner 20 years ago. Brilliant!

I don't give a hoot about this company. I dislike people writing their optimistic dreams and fantasies about shares. There are people stupid enough to take it seriously. I can but wonder if that is why such drivel is written. As I've said many times it should be illegal. Some day there will surely be a major crackdown on this sort of thing.

Totally is higher than when I got in. Fitb about the same price now but did bank profits on way up. Did ok with CLP, AVIA, FRM and NEXT but that was 20 years ago - but this is not a competition on male wxxxy waving egos on whose making the most money is it. I'm just saying for whatever reason you obviously dislike this company with a passion so much that you cant see a poss chart breakout....also markets tend to see ahead.. Perhaps markets are factoring in a small profit this coming year?

There's a gap to fill on the chart at 29.53 new mm is gathering shares by the looks of it, how many sells were there today versus buys? Yet the price rose doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out somethings going on here.

But KN, a huge proportion of the shares you, err, cough, "invest" in go bust. In fact of ALL the shares I've ever seen you talk about I think only REDD is higher than when you bought. Sure they have muppet driven rallies along the way but they are complete crocks that eventually go bust. It's a ridiculous strategy IMO.

The odds are IMO very heavily on PAA going bust. It may not, as I've always said, but buying PAA is just wild gambling here IMO.

EezyMunny - Due to the volatile nature of shares and in particular AIM stocks, past performance is not an indicator of future performance - caveat emptor(!)

let's say you wipe off £2m(as has been mooted), and then incentivise DC with £1m he owns via convertibles into newco as you want him to 'open up Asia'. You then have a shell with all the relevant boxes ticked for operating in Asia..

Bring Team Rock to market at X price via reversal with minimum free floating equity

anyway, I fully understand it's my speculation and the debt remains at this stage, hope you're enjoying the price action

Either that or you're in full fantasy ramping mode DD!! I thought you had toned down but your ability to dream up scenarios knows no bounds...

Without DC's recent injection PAA was presumably toast and he wouldn't get a penny back of the £1m the company owes him. Perhaps he thinks he can persuade big creditors to write-off debts and somehow get his money back.

Possible but highly unlikely IMO.

The chances of any PI's getting anything other than the same 16 previous years of horror is even smaller IMVHO!

Team Rock is roughly 80% owned by Harwood via various investment vehicles - it's hard to work out, but Tim Sturm is only director on 4 companies, team rock (Work with PAA) and harwood (28% invested in PAA), PAA and Cyprotex - though not sure he's still on cyprotex.

Maybe my speculations are closer to the truth than I thought given solid price action...

D, based on the people cross over with Team Rock and their raise of circa £4.5 a couple of months ago, along with not ignoring DC's connections, if the plan is strong enough, you would sense there are backers out there ready and waiting?.....GL S
