See the concerns but I'm confident that results will be on track around 22nd May.

Also, as guidance has been previously given then I would have thought they would have had to RNS any covenant breech, which they have not. I also see it is up for renewal in July.

playful, good point but doubtful I would have thought. They did 80k EBITDA H1, leaving £120k for H2, which I assume they have hit following Decembers guidance?

Occurred to me the EBITDA coverage covenant with HSBC might be an issue again. I seem to recall EBITDA must exceed interest by 3 or 4 times at the end of each quarter

The auditors are probably struggling to sign it off as a going concern imo

The regular delay to issuing results here is deeply concerning.

Interims in July last year and we are now well into May, what happened to their assurance things would improve?

Absolutely nothing to stop them announcing the results date, so why not issue the RNS?

cautiousid- It would be interesting to know if the new machinery is a replacement for existing manufacturing equipment and increased productivity (lower costs) or a more cost effective addition to capacity.

Its certainly taking longer than I envisaged DSI and unsure why Results have taken so long, especially after H1 2015 were reported so quickly after delayed 2014 Results.

Maybe an ''in-line'' isn't so bad after the previous run of profit warnings and I'm looking for the order book and overhead position to give us some hopeful future guidance, with a confident outlook statement?

I have a note Results should be the week commencing the 23rd May, but take that with a large pinch of salt as I cannot recall where that came from, so unconfirmed.

Paragon Quarterly Report: Q1 2016
30 April 2016

We entered 2016 with a very busy order book. The Hamleys Prague project has continued into the New Year, and we expect to have further Hamleys projects running throughout 2016.
The scope of works we are undertaking for Dubai Parks has been expanded and now includes work on ‘Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs’ and the new Lionsgate’s ‘Hunger Games’ attraction. This workload is expected to continue to be considerable throughout 2016. Majid Al Futtaim continues its rollout and we are now working on seven projects for them.
2016 has also seen us working for the Royal Armouries, a new restaurant chain, Zapp, as well as Fountains Abbey, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue, Engine Shed, and Chatham Historic Dockyard.
In Q1 we have completed work for the Rolling Stones exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery, exhibitions at the Newcastle Centre for Life, Lions at London Zoo and Thomas at Drayton.
We have work filling every department in 2016 and our client base continues to improve. We continue to evaluate how to manage our workshop capacity constraints most effectively; we have hired a further 15 staff and resourcing equipment and space accordingly to increase our capacity.
You should note that all of the above information is already factored into our market forecast and these projects are simply done in the ordinary course of our business. Unless you read about projects in an RNS, the Board does not consider that these projects are price sensitive

silly bid drop. Hoping nobody tempted to sell. Important short term to avoid dropping below 1.6
