They should have introduced a working capital committee that regularly sit down together with their credit control and people on the payment side to look at the KPIs on a monthly basis instead of planning fancy trips overseas.

Best advice is that MP takes a 50% pay cut and they employ J.D on a consultancy basis to help sort things out, but its very late in the day now.

Operationally nothing has changed by the IFRS15 adjustment. Cashflow should be unchanged but the recognition of revenue & profit will have moved from H218 to H119.

You are right though that Rev/Profit for H119 should be adjusted upwards although clearly there's a chance of some H119 revenues being recognised later in H219.

IFRS 15 has affected many companies lately and there's been lots of double counting going on where the IFRS15 adjustments have meant some revenue/profit being recognised in both affected years because companies have chosen not to restate the earlier years figures!

Still uninvestable. Share price now 1.2p equal to previous lows, and going to all time lows and less than 1p, more like 0.5p.

Not often I call it this well as I did in may, not exact but close enough. If they do the minimum guidance of £6million half year then this doubles from here with a good wind. Ignored the panic selling and now INVESTABLE with just a small position to start and see how it goes

The PEL NOMAD should be made fully aware of the developments within the company so it is able to fulfil its regulatory and advisory role to the company, as well as its obligations to the London Stock Exchange.

Earlier this year, the London Stock Exchange imposed disciplinary action against an AIM listed company for breaching AIM Rule 11 so I do hope they are fully aware.

It was MBL Group if your curious about the company fined, I think that amount was £75K

The thing you need to look at is forward looking statement, what’s happened is gone, going forward 13m revenue and getting back into profit, markets look ahead, today the panic is in at the past tomorrow is what matters, imho today is the moment to pounce all imho dyor

We were told the loss before tax was 2.4m now its almost 2.7m what do we think the reaction will be from the HSBC?

I have to admit I do not understand how 2018 Revenues have to be deferred into 2019, but 2019 estimates remain the same. That does not make sense?


Where has the £600k £1m Revenues gone then?
