Not IMO, wouldn't they need 30% for that? Plus the Directors hold a large chunk and lots more in ''sticky'' hands. So in reality the ''free float'' is very small, hence the volatility.

I buy size in bombed out small caps and when they recover I gently offload.

It’s itching to go up, this won’t get spotted till it’s on the top 10 biggest risers as the RNS was out at a strange time 9.06, most watch the 7am RNS, won’t take much volume to get going from all time lows imho dyor

For this money to get hands on 12-15m revenue businesses is a no brainier, get the pricing right net margins to 10-20% and you get your money back in a year, just needs right person to run it and a takeover is exactly what it is crying out for imho dyor
