Panthera Resources plc (AIM: PAT), the gold exploration and development company with assets in India and West Africa, provides a correction regarding the timing of its Annual General Meeting which was announced on 16 August 2019.
Please take note that, in accordance with the Notice of the Meeting, the Annual General Meeting of the Company will take place at 14:00 on 13 September 2019 at 2 Duke Street, Manchester Square, London, W1U 3EH.
