Need subscription to read all but it's a buy up to 15p with a tp of 25p my personal tp is higher due to amongst other things the fact that the directors needing the 30p mark to make their money

Panther Metals – Placing and Drilling

As with most junior miners, this one told us little of note in its interims today. But yesterday, Standard-Listed Panther Metals (PALM) announced the commencement of drilling at its Dotted Lake property in Ontario, Canada. The campaign with the drill-bit is to be short, with just a single hole planned, but the plan is for a 400m hole to be drilled directly below a historical trench previously excavated in 2010 which threw up some promising samples. Of course, at this stage it is a jam-tomorrow prospect but the drill bit might just prove it is a little more than that and we should find out fairly soon.

Seems fair enough. Still only circa 67m shares in issue and although I am not a fan of warrants as part of a raising they certainly aren't being given away.

Makes me think Darren wanted to go this way rather than give up any of the SubCo yet as there maybe some short term upside there with the nickel project.

Fingers crossed for a hit at either Dotted or Wishbone. A hit at both would be the icing on the cake.

Panther Metals plc (LSE:PALM) the company focused on mineral exploration in Canada and Australia, is pleased to announce the completion of a capital raise for a total of 5,250,000 ordinary shares of no par value (the "Placing Shares"), raising £630,000.00 before expenses, at a price of 12p per Placing Share (the "Placing Price"). Each Placing Share with be issued with a one-for-one warrant attached. The warrants have an exercise price of 18p and a 24 month life. The warrants are subject to an accelerator, shortening the exercise period, if the volume weighted overage price of the Company's shares exceeds 30p for five consecutive trading days.

It needs buyers to move the SP, they will come with positive news. AIM is driven by news and sentiment.Good thing is looks like Darren will have a lot of news.

With only around 68m shares and very small free float doesn't take much to move the share price either way but at some point my reckoning it'll be a big rerate to the north 😉

Buy the dream, sell the news although was not expecting that today.BS as should get to 15p once the drill starts, it's 400m which is a couple of weeks, lots of nice photos of core and maybe a month or two to get the assay
