05/10/2020 16:01 | Thank you for the shares. | diversification
05/10/2020 15:54 | ...and your answer to my question meantime is.... ? | yumyum
05/10/2020 15:52 | It was not advice. | yumyum
05/10/2020 15:02 | Thanks for the advice Yum Yum :-) What price are you looking to buy back in at? | diversification
05/10/2020 14:46 | Hi diversification, 'finalization' means issuing a full Bankable Feasibility Study ? I think it is perfectly possible. Peers' market caps are 100pct irrelevant. You need to compare something other than simply market cap. | yumyum
05/10/2020 14:35 | Hi Yumyum, As per RNS ‘A comprehensive update on the Bankable Feasibility Study will be reported towards the end of the month.’ This should provide a significant level of information to be able to value the asset and compare it to its peer which are 6/8x current PRE market cap. I fully expect the finalization to be this year and that additional clarity will be provided in the next couple of weeks as to when this can be expected. I am expecting a Pur style rise in share price. Especially given lower market cap and significant backing from China and Angola. | diversification
05/10/2020 14:18 | diversification, when do you forecast the BFS will be released ? November or next year ? | yumyum
05/10/2020 12:49 | This morning I could buy between 66 and 65.15 and still sell a reasonable stake at 65.6. Liquidity wasn't an issue as the traders allowed entry without problem. | diversification
05/10/2020 12:47 | I think market attention is going to reach an inflection point. Outside of the obvious stream on news to come from Pensana we have a growing market cap for Linus Corporation and a near term listing of MP materials on the Nasdaq that could bring rare earth material investments back into the spotlight. The improving fundamentals of Pre will soon be independently verified via the BFS which will in turn provide further traction to a share price that could and should be nearer to its peers. | diversification
05/10/2020 12:32 | Worth keeping an eye on the ASX listing, which is usually the more liquid one. Up 17.64% last night on the news, $1.20 equivalent to 70p or so here. | swanvesta
05/10/2020 12:17 | I have been watching this since IPO and was discouraged to get involved based on the fantastic share price performance to date. However, the story just gets better and better and so I have taken 150k today and will continue to add as the story unfolds. Very excited. | diversification
05/10/2020 11:04 | Excellent announcement. Lot of profit taking from small-time traders like Yumyum. He is unlikely to buy back cheaper, Anticipate the shares will be £1 by the end of the year. | wiseacre
05/10/2020 10:56 | rvsy2, agreed re share price. I am not expecting a big drop. | yumyum
05/10/2020 10:51 | YumYum It is never a bad thing to crystalise a profit but I question if there will be a significant drop in the share price. Todays RNS was overall extremely positive in that it confirmed a process route to a much higher value product which should be saleable in Europe and japan. It confirmed that there will be a substantial update on the PFS later this month and I believe the preliminary economics in the update will be very positive. In my view, both of these more than compensate for a delay in the issue of the complete BFS. | rvsy2
05/10/2020 10:32 | Bankable Feasibility Study looks to be dalayed beyond end-October. That is my reading of it. Looks like it will be more expensive as well, admittedly to produce a more marketable and higher value carbonate. I have sold my shares this morning expecting to buy them cheaper later. | yumyum
05/10/2020 06:43 | It is so nice to see a long Green bar on a candle stick Chart. Following London's total disregard for Donald's sniffle last Friday, Pensana today opened up strongly on the ASX and helped by a rather spectacular (must read) Metallurgical announcement made steady gains throughout the day to hit at a new all time high of $1.21 (67p) before easing back to $1.20 in aftermarket clearing. | chinasyndrome
02/10/2020 17:16 | Thank you Chinasyndrome. That is interesting. | yumyum
02/10/2020 08:30 | Another good day on the ASX, up 7% until the News of Donald's malady came out. Then the Day Traders did a predictable panic sell to bring Pensana back down to yesterdays open, WHILE leaving the majority of Sellers waiting for $1.14 at close. Mines are made out of Rock, which as far as we know can not get Covid, It is a fairly safe bet that Longonjo will still be there once the dust has settled. If anything it increases the potential for expediting the Green Revolution. | chinasyndrome
02/10/2020 00:23 | Hi Yumyum, I have no doubt that MP will be a huge success once they fulfill their business plan and Yes they will turn some of their Probable into Proven. But I seriously doubt that they can become a Major mine producer ever again, You only have to look at the site photo's to realize that Lateral extensions are limited, nobody develops a mine to depth rather than extent if near surface Ore is available !. Then look at the Geology ~ MP is not a large homogeneous deposit it is faulted and discordant. I think Frontier have bought themselves a hole in the ground where they plan to dump Tailings from a greatly expanded Processing facility ~ which will process imported Ore. | chinasyndrome
01/10/2020 16:41 | I am a shareholder in Pensana ;-) | yumyum
01/10/2020 16:40 | Chinasyndrome, I do not think anyone (except you) doubts that a large part of MP's probable resources will be turned into reserves. The combined company will have an estimated post-transaction equity value of approximately $1.5 billion with over $500 million in net cash. MP Materials is expected to deliver over $100 million in estimated revenue and nearly $30 million in estimated Adjusted EBITDA in 2020. The net proceeds raised from the transaction will be used to fund MP Materials’ strategic plan to retrofit and fully recommission its existing on-site refining facilities and will further enable the Company to pursue additional downstream growth opportunities in the magnetics industry. MP Materials’ growth strategy is expected to generate estimated Adjusted EBITDA of over $250 million in 2023, subject to rare earth market conditions over that period. | yumyum
01/10/2020 15:20 | ...plus he's a moron. | cyberbub
01/10/2020 15:13 | I agree that it seems that there is a looming shortage of REE for renewables and EVs etc. which should favour Pensana.I don't understand why Trump would be pushing hard for an REE source though? He actively works to undermine renewable energy and EVs (as he gets huge donations from coal and oil barons). | cyberbub
01/10/2020 12:01 | There lies the problem Yumyum, 214kt will only last them about six months, and from memory about 83% is La Ce ie not worth much. MP's Resource base has not been upgraded since around 2011 ! SRK only "think" there may be more !! Otherwise why would Donald be desperately looking overseas for another mine ? Lynas already has its customers, most other operations of any size are at least 3-5 years behind; Sort of puts Pensana in the Box seat to fill the burgeoning shortfall ? | chinasyndrome |
