paf and itv looking good, itv will be bought heavily now
as Liberty Media imho be lining up an approach, strong
dollar and low share price, if they do not they are not
up to much.

Talk the talk, now walk the walk LM.

Tks SPR - see you also on the GVC thread then.

I'm no expert on resources but GBSS is priced in UKL rather than $. Originally bought GBSS rather than GBS pre Brexit as I thought I might avoid currency charges.... however I think GBSS is a play on gold as well as $ exchange rate.... so rather fortuitously I am benefitting from both at present.

Pls DYOR and let me know if I have it wrong!

If we do get approached by Randgold, I am expecting
an offer in the region of 40p.

Melody what is GBSS. This is the first I have heard of it? Is it allocated physical gold?

srp - I am also invested here and HGM and GBSS and looking to further increase exposure to gold. You seem to have your figure on the pulse so wonder if you were holding other shares or funds?

Gold turned a corner at the beginning of this year and has a long way to go to catch up. That's why these investment co's are piling into PAF right now. Getting in before the herd. For the past two days, gold has weakened before the end of trading in London only to be pushed back up in American trading later.

Buyers supporting the gold price around 1350 and we're knocking on the ceiling: 200,000oz of gold and 8,000oz of PGM’s per annum - a lean, mean digging machine!
