Hi marmar80. Made all my money back on Tejoori (TJI) which thankfully returned all funds to investors and liquidated, and now invested in ENET as a long term hold. Recently been researching COVID-19 plays MWG, TILS, DDDD. Also took a punt in AML at 49p

At the opening ceremony of the forum, which brought together more than a thousand lawyers, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ruslanbek Davletov, Chairman of the American – Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce Carolyn Lamm and others noted that reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan are recognized by the international community.

The legal system is being developed in accordance with the ongoing reforms. The forum will be of great importance in development of the sphere at the level of international standards

"In his speech, the Minister of Justice drew attention to the issue of the legal protection of investments and noted that every investor arriving in Uzbekistan should have legal protection. Taking advantage of the presence of a large number of lawyers, he stated that this is one of our main tasks. Every investor entering Uzbekistan with his investments should be well aware of the situation that awaits him. And this, that is, guarantees of legal protection, should be provided to investors by lawyers."

Lets see what more comes out from our appeal in the Paris Courts(don't think you can keep this one confidential).
Some poor pr will not help attract foreign investment and given Oxus Gold experiance companies are not likely to get any help from this AUCC if things go pear shaped...

Even worse, get Sheep in a locked room with Welsh investors.

Interesting how CHL investors have an RNS today signifying that the result of that co's arbitration complaints should be out by mid-March. As I recollect that is about the same time as the French courts are expected to give a ruling of sorts on the OXS arbitration complaints.
Unlike OXS, CHL is still a quoted co.

The last one in that list of grounds for appeal, "Recognition or enforcement of the arbitral award was contrary to international public order", might deal with the case of one party wanting to have their cake and eat it: if the gold price goes up we make the mine unfinanceable by our behaviour and get the mine back; if it goes down we force Oxus to meet all its contractual obligations: that way we don't overpay on finance costs. This principle seems to imply some normative standard is required, which limits the magnitude of political risk that investors should bear. Tercier and Stern want us to suffer it to the fullest extent possible, it seems.

Errors of fact might be a symptom of bias or some undisclosed conflict of interest, i.e. "Adversarial principle has [not] been respected", but I would have thought you would need hard evidence e.g. a large payment from the Uzbeks to Prof. Tercier's private bank a/c. I have not had any legal training so I don't know.
