Thanks, dave4545. Of course I have scoured their website, accounts and historical RNS publications. There is a distinct lack of any other comment though.
I usually find a few reports or research notes on under the radar companies but next to nothing in Ovoca Bio.

Well back in the real world of drug trials they take a long time, they do not get pushed through into production in under a year like the covid vaccines.

Everything is done by the book.

It's not really slow, it's just massive

The Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), containing details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM, has also been published and will shortly be posted to shareholders. The Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website at www.ovocabio.com . The AGM will be held at the registered office of the Company, 17 Pembroke Street Upper, Dublin 2, Ireland at 2.30pm on 29 July 2021.

AGM Procedures in light of Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Due to the continuation of the Irish Government's Covid-19 restrictions in relation to public gatherings and to prioritise the health and safety of our shareholders, employees and other stakeholders, the Board is requesting that shareholders do not physically attend the AGM and instead submit a proxy form in favour of the Chairman to ensure they can vote and be represented at the AGM without attending in person. Further information on how to appoint a proxy and the timelines by which proxies must be received are contained in the Notice of AGM.

It will be possible to listen to the proceedings of this year's AGM remotely using a teleconference facility provided by the Company. Shareholders will not be able to use this facility to vote, ask questions or table resolutions. Information on how to register for this teleconference facility is available on the Company's website at www.ovocabio.com/agm-registration .

All shareholders will be able to submit questions in advance of the AGM in writing by email to the Company Secretary at [e-mail] to be received no later than 5.00pm on Tuesday, 27 July 2021. All correspondence should include sufficient information to identify the shareholders on the Register of Members. Questions submitted using these methods will be addressed by the Chairman at the AGM where possible.
As the situation is evolving and the Irish Government guidance may change, shareholders are encouraged to check the Company's website for any further updates regarding the AGM.

Not that I'm aware of.

You might think therefore that one or all of the following would apply:
• Lack of cash, and fundraising imminent.
• Very early stage, and no trials passed.
• Tiny niche market.

Whereas in fact, the company is cash-rich, has passed phase-III trials in Russia, and is targeting a massive market ...

Would the investor interest be different if the company had developed a nasal spray to give men orgasms, rather than women?!

Unbelievable atm

The mm that took that trade has not budged on the bid

They can sell 70k at 10.7p and stay 9.575p on the bid, and I bet in this desperate market somebody goes hey I'll sell and make you a huge profit mr mm

9.575-10.8p spread, they even had the nerve to upp the offer price and wide the spread even more

Just crazy the greed of the mm's

They buy stock yesterday at 9.65p 50k and today sell 70k for 10.7p

A clear 1p profit...spread is just ridiculous but if this market continues to be full of stale sellers they will not close it, they know if somebody buys they can wait and get that stock back 10% cheaper with patience

As I expect you've noticed, ICON unsurprisingly went bust last month, and was suspended - shareholders will likely lose everything.

But crazily, its share price rose over five-fold in the preceeding months: from 0.0028p on 3rd. February, to its suspension price of 0.016p, market cap. £6M.

Which shows how wrong the penny share market can get it, both on the upside and on the downside.

This mispricing does though provide opportunities, as with OVB at the moment at just 10.25p.
