06/11/2014 15:13 | Hi Scrutable When you state that OSB has a low risk profile do you mean that all its lending is very conservative? Thank you, Martin | ![]() shanklin
06/11/2014 15:04 | With the IPO costs of £5,56m out of the way the fourfold increase to £29.7m of 'underlying' profits and H1 eps of 11.1 p are the ones to extrapolate for H2. New lending is still accelerating. At the current growth rate of eps we can expect 25p for the FY equivalent to a PE of 8 - as others have already mentioned on this board. That is extremely cheap. I doubt that there is any share on the LSE with such transparency, low risk profile, and rate of current profit growth. | ![]() scrutable
06/11/2014 10:48 | Took a position this morning , things appear to be heading in the right direction . | ![]() loafingchard
05/11/2014 15:12 | Reassuring update this morning. Usually I have a whinge when a trading update doesnt contain numbers however, since I'mhoping to buy more OSB when funds allow, I'm not complaining. This still looks dirt cheap at current levels. Dont have my files with my but think it was only 8x or less based on a sensible forecast | ![]() adamb1978
05/11/2014 14:13 | Must have something to do with statement else they would have been offloading yesterday into strength. | ![]() eeza
05/11/2014 14:00 | Clearly someone is off loading...but why? | ![]() nurdin
05/11/2014 08:42 | Someone didn't like the update. Market seems not to be at all impressed - although looked OK to me. | ![]() eeza

10/9/2014 09:45 | I joined in here today after a good bit of research. My initial reaction was that it should only trade on a similar multiple as PAG but I've finally came to the conclusion it should be on a similar multiple as STB. I can see the share price rising to projected PER of 14-16 which gives a substantial rise from where we are. OSB is no longer simply a mortgage lender but a diverse lender which gives it far better growth potential. | ![]() henryatkin
08/9/2014 14:46 | Onwards and upwards | mikeja
29/8/2014 14:07 | That is a good chart. Nurdin am currently travelling will update later next week | mikeja
29/8/2014 10:07 | Should see a nice rise in the next few days. I can foresee 250 before any sign of a pullback | ![]() shammytime
27/8/2014 16:42 | Bought 5,000 early in June at 174.53p because I thought the share price was undervalued - then watched it slide. Now up 11% so in hindsight it was a good decision, for once. | ![]() alan@bj
27/8/2014 15:12 | Wonder if the brokers have revised their forecasts...cue Mike? | ![]() nurdin

27/8/2014 13:41 | shammytime - 27: Interesting, barclays not allowing online trading of this stock. AdamB1978 - 29: Why arent Barcalys allowing online trading?! have managed to top up this morning in my ISA (Selftrade) and add them to my pension (youinvest) Manics - 33:The problem here is that you can't buy any Following todays positive interims, I took an initial entry position here without any problems buying the stock. I also made my investment online through one of my Barclays Stockbrokers accounts in the normal way so the claims that they are "not allowing online trading of this stock" is untrue. Furthermore, Barclays Capital are also a shareholder here so it would be bizarre for them to not facilitate online shareholder trading on this stock. | ![]() masurenguy
27/8/2014 13:39 | i bought 5000 this am | ![]() biggcl
