15/12/2015 08:09 | Looks like someone has it in for OSB ! Great, another one of my holdings moves down 7/8/9% in 5 minutes for no apparent reason….what an effing year! | gorilla36
14/12/2015 09:01 | Just a pity that the Regulators appear to be as ill informed as the populist press - just need to look at Paragon's loss ratio to realise that a well managed BTL operation carries a much lower risk of losses than does a residential owner occupier lender. | future financier
11/12/2015 22:41 | Thanks deej4y. | hutch_pod

02/12/2015 14:54 | ALD also looking a bit good | albanyvillas
28/11/2015 15:49 | Overreaction, hence why the bounce. This is not the end of buy to let. The insatiable appetite for renting will only exacerbate as house prices climb. Plus many landlords are trading as companies so ot doesn't matter to them. In the short term there will be a mad rush for buy to let and OSB will profit accordingly. Long-term, not much change. Its 3% that will be absorbed by rent rises with demand. | tintin82
28/11/2015 11:13 | mike,I sold OSB at an average price of 375p.I see it has bounced back strongly after the mark down post budget.I also sold ALD at 247p. In contrast to OSB,ALD has kept going south which is surprising.Perhaps time to revisit. | nurdin
28/11/2015 07:42 | Nurdin,if you are still in OSB,I sold my holding at an average of 380. I am now reinvesting in ALD,which are about 15% cheaper on 2017 p/e estimates and less exposed to BTL. | mikeja
25/11/2015 17:51 | .... unless you already own 15 properties in a limited company - in which case you are laughing (not to mention rich!) as the tax changes won't affect you. | future financier
25/11/2015 17:32 | He sure has, with the changes like reducing tax relief on mortgage payments it will definitely slow the BTL market down. | deej4y
25/11/2015 13:53 | Osborne has just put 3% on BTL from next April! | gorilla36
04/11/2015 11:24 | "I am very pleased with our 2015 performance to date. We received record levels of new business applications during the third quarter and remain confident in delivering on all of our stated financial objectives through to the end of 2016." Not many companies can show confidence in the likely outcome a year in advance. | nurdin
04/11/2015 08:12 | Great TS! EPS of somewhere around 35p perhaps for the 2015? | adamb1978
04/11/2015 08:10 | Can someone help me: I've tried calculating their net interest income based on average loans and advances for the period * net interest margin, however I can never get my figures to tie in to their reported figures. What am I missing? Thanks | adamb1978
04/11/2015 07:50 | A cracking trading update! | nurdin
22/10/2015 02:47 | Share mag doing a cover feature on all the banks. Superb write up on OSB. 'You will not find a bank with lower costs and a higher return on equity. Consensus is bullish and we share their optimism. ' | tintin82
12/10/2015 13:17 | Directors have now sold over £6m worth of stock since last December. What does that tell you? | the skipper
08/10/2015 16:58 | Those are big sells and they must know something the market doesn't. Another Quindell maybe? | the skipper
08/10/2015 15:43 | Explains the reason for the fall | nurdin
02/10/2015 18:20 | what - up 57 points? | eeza
