31/10/2024 12:26 | Hazl, get your facts straight. Newmont did not ask for a royalty. Simply put omi did not have the cash to pay them back so the only thing they could offer was a deferred royalty.Do you know how to do math? They will be paying back $15m in CASH plus the royalty! | blingbling123
31/10/2024 05:48 | Spill the beans MUG ! How much you lost buying this ? Funny how you do not share that information with everyone ? Hazl nuts is your typical plastic trader on here , punts a couple of quid weekly on penny shares and comes on these forums pretending to be the perfect trader 100% of the time ha ha , champagne lifestyle but in reality a Bucks Fizz lifestyle . Land of make believe hazl nuts lives in lol . | bhargavv
30/10/2024 21:26 | Thanks for the down vote hazl, you empty vessel.Imagine paying a subscription to trade tiny amounts of dog shares at a loss day in and day out. Buy hey, at least you get to feel smug putting a little red tick against posts eh?Chortle. | premium beeks
30/10/2024 21:03 | I think she's blown a gasket.Empty vessels eh. | premium beeks
30/10/2024 20:38 | I find it facinating that Newmont has requested royalties as part of the deal for Anzu. 'No cash is payable up front, with all consideration deferred and wholly contingent upon commercial production from the Anza Project. The agreed consideration payable to Newmont and Agnico consists of a net smelter royalty of an aggregate amount of 1.5% on all future mineral production, plus a further royalty of an aggregate amount of US$75 per ounce of gold or gold equivalent ounce for the first 200,000 gold equivalent ounces of mineral production. Completion of the Acquisition has been approved by the TSXV and Completion is now subject only to customary closing conditions.' | hazl
30/10/2024 20:36 | A pathetic attempt at denigrating the company. As this progresses you'll be gone onto the next . | hazl
30/10/2024 18:15 | Beeks, newmont could have forced the bankruptcy of omi by demanding the money or just let the project drag in limbo for years until omi just handed it to them. | blingbling123
30/10/2024 16:39 | Are you a politician? Answer the question for us all ! How much you lost in this hazl nuts ha Congratulations | bhargavv
30/10/2024 12:32 | Neumont couldn't ask for cash up front as OMI don't have any. | premium beeks
30/10/2024 12:29 | In case it gets lost in the debris. Cash of 1,150,000 following raise in September at 2.78p. Columbia. Completion of the Acquisition has been approved by the TSXV and Completion is now subject only to customary closing conditions.' We have quite a wide spread of interests it seems but Anza is owned in it's entirety, once formalities achieved. Chile. Liability of Chile discontinued operation Uruguay. Loryser's trade creditors in accordance with the Creditors' Agreement, via a court approved paying agent. Uruguay Nigeria lithium prices held back progress from what I gather. Argentina drilling permits expected later in the year. Sounds very organised to me and often a good time with fresh funds straight after a placing. IMO | hazl
30/10/2024 11:33 | OMI Is keeping nicely to the placing price a good sign in my book. | hazl
30/10/2024 11:32 | This sector doldrums is just that a sector malaise. Look at Newmont itself. It has not escaped. It dropped like a stone the other day . | hazl
30/10/2024 11:30 | BB Your post YOUR interpretation. 'They decided to ditch it because it was not good enough for them' I am quite sure that Newmont were hedging their bets. If gold is discovered....and why not...there are gold finds in that location ....then Newmont will get a percentage. That is MY interpretation. | hazl
30/10/2024 11:26 | Our posts make no difference. The market decides and she is nice and steady. | hazl
30/10/2024 11:25 | I don't ramp but I might defend from stale bulls. Look at the rest of my winners. | hazl
30/10/2024 10:59 | It is a bum deal for omi. Newmont had a 12 year agreement and tore it up. If anything, omi should have demanded a penalty fee for newmont withdrawing | blingbling123
30/10/2024 10:57 | Hazl, what on earth are you talking about? Newmont have spent $17.7m on the project. They decided to ditch it because it was not good enough for them and they demanded their money back. They could have forced omi for an immediate cash settlement but thankfully were considerate and settled for deferred cash payments of $15m plus a 1.5% NSR. Omi can buy back 1% of that NSR for $20m. So in essence omi are paying back double what newmont invested and they will still retain a 0.5 NSR.Do some research! | blingbling123
30/10/2024 10:37 | Hazl, every post bar my last one have been about the company. Meanwhile you've posted nothing of the sort.Like I say, the worst kind of ramping scum. | premium beeks
30/10/2024 10:22 | I find it facinating that Newmont has requested royalties as part of the deal for Anzu. 30/10/2024 10:22 | When they can no longer talk about the company itself with authority they attack posters. | hazl
30/10/2024 10:12 | Seeing as she couldn't lie straight in bed, I'd hazard a guess you won't get an honest answer. But yet she's happy to quote me from another thread being honest and showing my losses, as a way to try and discredit me.She's the worst kind of ramping scum. | premium beeks
30/10/2024 10:08 | Spill the beans you mug ! How much you lost ha ha | bhargavv
30/10/2024 09:49 | Ok I'll try a different tact.My dearest hazl, how much cash do they have left, and how much did they spend between May and August? | premium beeks
30/10/2024 09:48 | Interesting. So facts are different if said politely or gruffly. As one of afns resident bellends I obvs not interested in what you have to say. | premium beeks |
