LSE poster but can't say it better myself read this earlier and it's spot on imho With a free carry on Anza for the foreseeable and nothing else in the pipeline, I'd be astounded if the company blow through $6m in the next few years on wages and overheads alone. All finances by the JV partner The "strong cash balance" statement for me acted more as a deterrent and warning sign to the JV partners. Il have a full read through the terms and conditions again but it outlined to me Brad was saying "we have the funds, if the JV partners choose not to progress, we can attack Anza ourselves" or other projects. A weak cash balance to me would put the JV partner in an even stronger negotiating position moving forward. There are terms outlined for $4m to be spent in year 4 which will earn the JVs further into the project, but if they underspend or decide against it, I'm sure Orosur have options they can triggerI'm invested into Antipa. The fundamentals of the JV agreement can change as and when the project progresses. Rio tinto decided out the blue to increase their yearly JV budget by over $A10m. Can't see a fund raising myself. Also it's likely some warrant money will be triggered by the recent share price movement.

Courtesy of LSE posterComparisons with GGP will always happen because they are ultimately the junior everybody wishes they had invested in. Take a moment to consider though that to reach GGP's Market cap at close today of £717m, OMI would have a share price of roughly £3.80. That's a long way off if ever we were that fortunate, but also consider from todays closing price, that's about a 15 bagger.

Reason being there's only 188m shares in omi also unlike say ggp with 3.5bn in issue so for omi to reach their mcap you are looking at many many more bags from this level to attain those levels due to the low issue. Great.

Analyst CommentConclusion: Orosur's 9,500m drill programme at Anza been a resounding success and achieved its aim of determining significant high grade gold mineralisation. The Company's backing by two of the world's top ten gold producers has de-risked Orosur's position with respect to funding of the project, although we suspect that there would be no shortage of backers given this latest very encouraging development at Anza. Orosur have commented that their project is geologically very similar to the Buritica deposit recently taken over by Zijin Mining – a 5.7 M&I AuEq @ 11 g/t from 16.02mt, which the company bought for C$1.4bn in cash.

Once traders take their daily profits, I can see this continuing to climb.

Presentation tonight should be very encouraging and Newmont will eventually buy us out as further good grades are discovered.

Min £1 a share here and could be very much more.

Agreed LI, but at what point do you jump in to save paying more later. Delicate balance I agree....IF they do however, I cannot see so far how it could be anywhere as low as current SP! DYOR

Its all free carry to OMI they dont need to worry about a mine they are being paid cash for sitting back and watching the majors explore and develop their claim.

Gentlemen,

It all looks very encouraging but we have not yet got a mine.

Newmont and Agnico know this and the question is: would they bid now or in a few months time?

Market makers have been closing off the buying here very quickly at each price point that becomes available on the offer. The little dips have been bought very quickly.

16.5m volume at present (counting LSE trades only via ADVFN) without delayed prints is strong, and with the price having been up at 40p prior to this news, surely that is the minimum target here?

To my untrained mining eye, the potential of the resource and particularly the funding looking sorted makes this an interesting speculative one so been nibbling a few on the intraday dips.

The intraday price has just broken out to a new high.

Watching for a strong close, which considering the significant interest here will almost inevitably mean a pop higher tomorrow. That is how it usually works with these sorts, they come piling in the next morning.

I'll leave it to the sector experts to try and stick a value on it because I have no idea! :-)

All imo
