For 2 world majors to be hot on this funding both operations and OMI it has to be worth their while and satisfy there reserve requirement. Dividends to pay and reserves required to bank.

You have to take into account this is already a top 2% world discovery that wasnt the case when newcrest started with ggp and their cap sat at £68m awaiting first drill results. Omi already well ahead and as ceo states Anza is a real discovery in the top 2% worldwide. 2 majors endorse with funding all the way free to omi

I wouldn't worry about a capital raise boys, £1m at these levels will only mean 5m a share issuance, doubt it'll be with any attaching warrants either, too strong and no need. Plus they'll hopefully use existing/new funds to acquire an additional highly prospective gold project, OMI have always been a gold player so it'll def be in that space
