Instead of shouting, I already converted Canadian price to equivalent 9.5p.

Now people have no confidence in anything you are blabbering.

first it's Canadian cents. Doh. You need to smart to combat the shorters here, they are devious and very shrewd. Most of them is more intelligent than all the rampers brainpower combined

secondly it quickly sunk from opening price equivalent of 9.5p, 16% down and accelerated towards close to 26%.

For your information the share opened at 12p in Canada (7p equivalent) which was not reflected in the price here! Volume over there is tiny at less then a million.

A major gold mining company taking a 20% stake, providing $4m and spending $30m on a PFS, BFS and separately constructing a major gold mine without OMI spending anything is transformational by any standard.
I've no idea what the price will be next week or in a few months, but a MC of £14m doesn't reflect a 20% stake in a major gold resource funded to production and a mine and plant in Uruguay that's been operating for many years.
They may issue more shares to develop/re-start the Uruguay mine, so what? That's just the normal way to develop mining assets without a revenue.

You are misleading people with your warped facts. Too bad you did not sell, many here sold. They did not tell you and left you alone holding the baby. hehehe

You are effectively saying, the price can't go down because volume was lower in Canada. Sometimes shares go 0p without anyone selling.

Are you saying people should keep holding if they bought at 12p because they are already under water? Potentially losing more money? This is really bad opinion, Jon.

Maybe you are telling people not to sell, while you are selling?

Also many people bought at 11-12p so are hardly going to sell at crazy prices and in my opinion will mop up any cheap shares.I am very confident of a sustained, rapid and very strong reversal if this was to fall considerably on open as was shown on Friday when I was quoted premiums to buy even small amounts when the share fell to the low 9's!

Volume over there is tiny at less then a million.We had 17.5 mill.Hence I doubt that price will be reflected here.If it were to open at 7-8p I doubt you will get even 10K at that price! You will probably be locked out online from buying but of course the greedy market makers will let you sell huge numbers to collect shares! Of course you are hoping to scare punters into selling by your utter deramping drivel!

In effect the "transformation" is not going to happen in a week or a few months?

The share price has already transformed from 2p to 9p.

when warrants are exercised there will be 17m new shares

The company will be transforming to a bigger company not thru organic way but with shares multiplication but share price will be transformed back to its original state. IMO

Not because of any thing been transformed it's because company issuing massive number of shares " transformation".

If something transformational happens out of the blue, e.g. like a bid for a company, or a massive injection of capital and backing from a major, then the concepts of 'over-bought' and 'over-sold' are obviously meaningless. This requires a re-evaluation of the assets and prospects not a traders chart indicator.

Lol Augustus you were deramping this share at 2p and the same now and most likely when it's 50p in 12 months.the game has changed it is now in the interests of directors to massively increase the sp, newmont will be on the board soon. My advice buy this ignore all the flack, come back in 12 months. It will be a pleasant surprise imo
