17/2/2019 15:10 | I don't think we will see a buy out or takeover until production is maximised and confirms the ongoing potential. Not forgetting the deeper layers of tungsten that will give this mine a long life after the initial 9 or so years clearing out the easily accessible tungsten layers. However if and when Oaktree want to cash in a buyer would see the attractiveness of buying 100% and that is probably when ormonde itself will be taken over. In the meantime we can expect improving cash flow for Ormonde. At the moment any selling is surely premature. | dolores123
17/2/2019 14:55 | Who knows what the future is for Ormonde mining or their stake in the Tungsten mine.Previously Oak tree looked at the situation and decided that management at Ormonde we're doing such a good job with local govt that it was in the projects interest in keeping Ormonde in.Ironic that you write about the end of Ormonde mining, some would see this as the start or Ormonde mining.WRT the interests of investors, personally I want to see a return on my investment, so whichever comes first to make that happen. However I do wish Ormonde well and hope to see them become very successful. However the share price is not going to go anywhere if there is more sellers than buyers. In addition there appears to be a change in global sentiment, the auto industry globally appears in decline, other issues such as US vrs China, Brexit, global debt levels, Italy, Euro zone instability, price of tungsten etc | admiral jellicoe
17/2/2019 14:19 | As we await news of Production here, I am curious to know what other shareholders think the end game for Ormonde is. Is it to be Capital appreciation for shareholders + dividends from Production revenue or is their share of Barruecopardo likely to be bought out? Looking at the major shareholdings here - Management with their minuscule shareholdings seem powerless to stop any buyout. Surely all a suitor has to do is court the two major shareholders and hope that a chunk of the huge majority of Private investors would back a buyout? As a recent purchaser here I would favour the second option. | anynews
15/2/2019 16:22 | Indeed the old website was like something out of Noah's Ark. looks like somebody gave in and sold 2800 shares at 0.042 euro! More sellers than bidders there.Boy would we love to see that 0.19 euro trade go through!! | admiral jellicoe
15/2/2019 15:39 | Thanks,the old one was pants | rileyma
15/2/2019 12:50 | Dublin ISEQ webpage has changed recently, now listed as Euronext.Far superior to the older website, in the lower 1/2 of the page is the bidders and sellers, currently 37,500 shares being sought at around 0.04 -0.042 euro. 456,470 shares on sale, ranging in price from 0.056 to 0.19 euro. Some of you may already be aware of this website change with the additional information now available, however some may not be.Just passing the info on etc! | admiral jellicoe
14/2/2019 12:58 | It's not a case of blaming. My understanding of AIM is that it is a market place for companies where there is a high degree of risk / uncertainty etc. Because of this, there are most probably rules for investment funds when investing, ie a pension fund most probably would never invest in AIM.Ormonde used to be a risky bet, as so much was uncertain. However now Ormonde is very significantly de risked. This fact has been stated in a number of RNS.Yes there is uncertainty with price of Tungsten and global growth of world economies, but all companies on all indices face this.So my train of thought is that a). As Ormonde is significantly derisked it could be listed on the wrong index.b). There could be a number of investors who wish to buy Ormonde stock, but are precluded from doing so because their own internal investing rules prevent them from investing in AIM listed companies. | admiral jellicoe
14/2/2019 12:53 | We are waiting to find out this month based on the most recent guidance. | steelwatch
14/2/2019 12:25 | You cant blame aim for the share price, looks very weak. I guess everyone is wondering if orm are producing and if they are is it profitable. | celeritas
14/2/2019 12:17 | Given the fact that Ormonde is going from a company with aspirations to a producing one, could the stock listing be moved from AIM to another index?I somehow feel that AIM listing is somewhat holding back the share price I could be wrong of course but I would be interested to hear others opinions.Thoughts anybody? | admiral jellicoe
13/2/2019 11:46 | Hello, I agree with Jamie Crawford. The net cash flows occurring over the next few months will give punters a better indication of the value of Ormonde. We have to show patience and wait for some customers to start buying and accounts receivable to start working and putting money in the bank. Kind regards, Paul Winter. | paulwinter10
13/2/2019 07:43 | Possibly jamie. Luckily those numbers shouldn't take too long to be published once production starts! | cyberbub
12/2/2019 18:17 | I don't believe the share price will jump up much when production starts I think it's going to take when the numbers comes like quality and quantity of the tungsten and cost per tonnage.I hope Iam wrong and the price jumps up but I don't see it. | jamie crawford

08/2/2019 09:45 | When you have been in this share over 12 years, you learn to have patience. Guys they will get there, the tungsten will be coming out of the ground. Sit back, relax, enjoy the ride.. | bushead
08/2/2019 09:44 | Wan this has been nothing but delay over the last few years and was recently delayed from December to Feb so I'm not in the mood to add another 3 months!! | dolores123
08/2/2019 09:18 | Ormonde’s primary activity is through its 30% interest in the Barruecopardo Tungsten Project, Spain Mine construction well advanced and commissioning commenced Projected construction costs remain within €53.6M budget Initial production scheduled for Feb-19, followed by ramp-up phase to become a leading European supplier of primary tungsten, a critical industrial metal Other interests include: o ~45% JV interest in Salamanca & Zamora Gold Projects o Assets in the Pyrite Belt o Gold exploration permit applications elsewhere in Spain Patience, they have build a complete new process plant, need to test & commission it,,,, how often does all that go smoothly :-) Would have been better to have said Initial production scheduled for Q1 2019 IMHO to manage expectation a little better :-) If they announce a delay I will be adding :-) Cheers Wan | wanobi
08/2/2019 09:02 | Fingers crossed, surprised by the lack of buying in anticipation. | jbe81
08/2/2019 08:35 | Odds are now in favour of a "ground breaking" RNS next week. | dolores123
