As I understand it, the US$55.5m loan facility provided to Barruecopardo JV is secured on the assets of the JV subsidiaries and is to be repaid by the underlying JV enterprise.

Ormonde gets an annual management fee of €1m. The JV partners will receive dividends proportionate to their 70/30% respective holdings in the JV, to be determined out of net profits after all expenses and capital and interest repayments by the underlying enterprise.

Can I ask a question ?
I know the Equity in the project is around $44m and the Debt is around $55m, we have a 30% share.
But does that mean Ormonde's share of the debt is about $16.5m ?

Edison applied a 20% discount to the APT price for the concentrate (WO3) in a note published June 2015. Obviously out of date now, but a useful reference:

So what price does the mining company get for its WO3? Is it a percentage of the APT price?

Paul, as I understand it as a lay investor, the mine will be producing tungsten trioxide (WO3) and this is further refined elsewhere primarily into APT:



Beyond that is beyond me, but, for starters:



The company uses the APT price as a benchmark in its calculations - see presentations.

Thanks steelwatch. I know how to get the NEX trades list, but what I can't work out is how to see the Dublin trades list. The link below shows the total volume (a heavy day on the ISE, over 2M volume!), but not the actual trades themselves. Is there any way of seeing the trades list?

Exciting times. Finally coming to production. Only a few short weeks away for this world class mine. Most people predicting a rebound in APT prices next year so should be perfect timing. Onwards and upwards.
