Orchard Funding Group PLC ("Orchard", the "Group" or "Company"), the finance group which specialises in insurance premium finance and the professions funding market, confirms that on 1(st) March 2023 Ravi Takhar, the Company's chief executive officer, acquired 114,041 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), previously held by an independently managed trust of which he is a beneficiary (the "Trust").

Following the transfer, Ravi is holding 11,572,374 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 54.19% per cent of the Company's voting share capital.
