Once the deal will be fully revealed.
I've got a gut feeling that tells me the Halo acquisition is a very expensive one.

Does anyone know whose balance sheet will be used for Earlham? It's good to have the Shell loan off the books, but other than that MLCP has been penniless and dormant since it incorporated a few years ago and its parent IPC seems to have burned a lot of equity over its history.

On valuation, we have made various updates to account for the Earlham/Orwell farm out. We

have included the agreed CAPEX carry and repayment; we leave our Orcadian interest level

unchanged at 50%; we have updated our development assumptions (timing, plateau rate,

OPEX, and CAPEX) to reflect the most recent view of the form of the development; we have

de-risked our Earlham/Orwell value and moved this into our core NAV; and we have included

the paydown of the Shell loan. Overall,

we now value Earlham/Orwell at 31p risked (62p unrisked). Our core NAV moves from 53p to 85p, and total risked NAV from 87p to 117

Orcadian now has stakes in two material development projects, both of which we believe are

worth significantly more than the current share price. Going forward, we look for news on

progression of both projects, alongside clarity on tax and environmental regulations for the

wider oil and gas sector, to help the shares reflect more of this value.

We have a positive outlook, and value the shares in-line with our 117p total risked NAV.

Not disclosed therefore not material.AFAIK Only asset was about 100mm of tax losses in the UK and Netherlands. Useful if they develop something. However they will need cash and/or full carry to develop something and to repay Shell.
