Why has this been marked down 1.25 on open when there have been no trades displayed. How long does it take for a L trade to display. The chart shows a triangle nearing to consolidation point awiating breakout. I hope this is not the breakout direction. Any views?

Could do with a director buy...that would help move things along a bit..

Would be worth a go if the mm's could narrow the spread
a bit but no wonder volumes are so low when none of the
mm's want to play ball.

Nothing much said about OBS right now but i believe they
could turn out to be a decent play soon.
Still a long way to go but they have turned the corner.

Any thoughts on this one ?

I think we will start to see some rises come with this stock. Things will improve quarter by quarter. I will also expect Directors doing some buying. Steady buying coming in with steady growth needed. Good luck to all holders of this stock...

Maybe not as good as we all hoped for , but comparison with the previous year results show a very big change/improvement . Also these are H1 results up to September , which therefore include the period of uncertainty when the re-financing was agreed and also include some one off costs for these .

The amortisation of goodwill etc , I am not sufficiently up on accounting principles on how the reporting rules have changed . Anyone else know ?

The other message was also that growth is now happening and being actively persued .

Overall I think there should be upward movement in the share price , as I write not one share has been bought or sold !

The other general point is that OBS have around 40mil T/O annum , and the current share value is 2.1mil and the management incentives kick in at 35mil + .

I have always been surprised that before the refinancing was agreed the share price was 32-35p approx ,and now with it agreed and everything in place it is 15p !! I had hoped/thought maybe a doubling of price would happen as it was not going to be time for the Official Receiver at the end of July , so the big risk had been removed .

Cheers

The numbers are out. Still an awesome workload to turn obs round.

Cash management is the shining light but if its been as good asa they say, will not be repeated.

Can anyone elso see any other positives in the numbers????

Agincourt/hillbrown - Cash flow from operations is £9.8 million per annum. After paying interest on debts of £4.2 million, that leaves them with £5.6 million to play with. But current market cap is only £2.1 million. Looks interesting enough to me. A market value of £20 million would actually be quite realistic in my opinion and that is obviously what the banks think since they agreed to convert £15 million of debt into convertible preference shares which pay zero interest. The Board must also think the same as the management incentives they awarded themselves recently do not kick in unless the company is worth more than £35 million!

ZILLIONARE said, post 9, "If Orbis had not been consolodated and was this price then the market value would be 23.5m and not 2.35m". DAFT AS A BRUSH!

I sold yesterday. Volume had tailed off, but I didn't expect a drop in the bid. Lucky, with hindsight.

Ha Ha look at the spread.

They don't want anyone to deal in this.

I can't, for the life of me, think why this stock should be of the slightest interest to anyone. Please enlighten me.

If Orbis had not been consolodated and was this price then the market value would be 23.5m and not 2.35m. This makes Orbis 10 times as cheap and one for a huge recovery story.

Both KBCS and WINS on the ask @16.5p and only EVO is holding on the bid @ 17p. For the next move up SCAP is already on 18p and EVO is on 19.5p. I watch with interest.
