The RNS of 2018 re CLN , clearly states...

'in the event of an IPO'

Why would you pay 3% per annum on over a million quid, above CB base rate, when you were not 100% sure of the IPO occurring? And when you had to ringfence the money anyway as it was for PBX...and also know it was years away if it did happen, and pay interest for needless years
