I absolutely love this product! It does exactly what it says it will do for you! I’m currently going through my menopause and I have struggled with my appetite ( always hungry) and the changes to my weight and all the delights menopause brings. I came across this product when I visited Holland and Barrett to get my supple of Vitamin D, I read the reviews on line and it seemed promising! So I purchased 3 flavours, and I can honestly say all flavours taste great, taken half an hour before each meal, I don’t snack, appetite is greatly reduced, I don’t crave chocolate or sweets! This product is by far the easiest way to support lifestyle changes! It allows you the time to prepare healthy meals because your not starving and picking whilst cooking! Ive been taking this product 3 weeks now and I’m so happy to say I’ve lost 8lbs and inches of my back and hips...Thank you I feel alive again..
