It's not about revenues it's about PROFIT! profit is king, revenues are vanity. We have no idea what kind of margin BoomBod are making but if they are using gormless celebs like Jordon and slim margin through boots and H&B You can bet it ain't much!

Products like boombod are one offs, i.e one product what SOH is doing is setting up the likes of slimbiome to be in many many products. Its a longer road but ultimately will be much more rewarding and profitable.

The Opti strategy is not to pay celebrities like Jordan who has had surgery and now promoting this product. SOH will do right for the company and will not just do things quickly to please retail investors, he is building a monster and in time you will see!

Regardless of patent issues it shows how quickly other companies are building up sales volumes and creating brand awareness. Slimbiome/Gofigure are still unknown brands and have some catching up to do. Tata, CII and Knighton have not yet really delivered for Opti so far.

Doh has already commented on potential patent infringements and has legal advice.

The company are aware of boombod and others I believe but there stance is to let them grow sales then go for them.

Their patent lawyer is first class and the patents are double locked.

Why keep goading posters you disagree with and belittling their other investments? Don't you realise it simply encourages them to keep countering you? I may be mixing things up, but I've a vague recollection some time ago you mentioned being married to a vicar. If not, then apologies. If so, I doubt she'd be impressed by your posts.

It’s been over a year since the two RNS’s were released and 3 months have passed since opti announced late stage discussions with another global partner.

Interview highlights the rational process of building up each part of the divisions & then handing them over to specific industry heavyweights for explosive revenue growth in each area. We've seen early signs of Narbel using his industry network to bring in Agropur, expect the same with Probiotix Health with Steve Prescott. DuPont, Pfizer, Probi likely to get involved at some stage. Progressing very nicely & exactly how SOH outlined would happen well over a year ago.

Don't expect an answer toyin.
However, I'm sure SOH has stated previously that any fund raiser would for value enhancing only ie. A buy out and or merger.
I stand to be corrected.
