11/1/2019 08:42 | Presumably he can buy shares on the open market but only after relevant news is released. However other options given have included a significant hurdle to make them firstly qualify and then worth converting. | aspex
11/1/2019 08:20 | Can’t give him options before he starts, presumably in a few months. Hopefully Sweetbiotix news well before then. | imnotlong
11/1/2019 08:08 | Fred may have to await news to enable him to buy in. | aspex
11/1/2019 07:28 | So shouldn't Fred get a few share options before next major news. | glennrcharles

11/1/2019 00:51 | That programme was poor. Funny how he didn’t mention salt? Done ages ago and blaming the Goverment for all dietary problems. The state can’t help people being stupid. Best that Opti don’t associate with campaigns such as these. | semper vigilans
11/1/2019 00:21 | They were probably too busy putting the next deal together... | 1bokke
10/1/2019 23:23 | He didn’t get into LPLDL or anything like it, no mention of any product in existence today or on the market. If opti’s products did work, then they must surely have got a mention? If the opti board of directors did know of the program, then why did they not get involved? Were they worried about that kind of exposure?! | rayrac
10/1/2019 21:12 | Just watched a great program on BBC hosted by Hugh F-W. A documentary on fighting fat. He highlighted a lot of snack bars with an apparently healthy marketing profile, which were in fact quite unhealthy. High in both sugar and fat. He would be a great guy to link up with, if OPTI/ Go-Figure ever advertised. | m4rtinu
10/1/2019 21:05 | Risky - thanks for detailed response. I have to admit that I didn't know exactly what the Admin Exs comprised of, so was just going on the trend, which is only really 3 years, so not a lot. Lets hope there are no one-offs this year. PS: Sorry - typed this earlier then saw it lying there unsent. | m4rtinu

10/1/2019 17:57 | Oh my, between riskybusiness1 and Parob's excellent posts, I think that they should be voted onto the board as NED's, along with Elric. All excellent posts guys. I just want to thank you for all your background work, joining the dots. Looking forward to what 2019 has to offer. All the best, John | 2350220

10/1/2019 15:56 | MMS are bidding high for the stock considering the lack of buying. There's only one mm officially on the bid who will take up to 10k at 91.80 but then there's another offering up to 10k at 91.515 then another below at 91.4 happy to buy up to 25k worth of stock. Hopefully will bounce tomorrow | riskybusiness1
10/1/2019 15:48 | Nimrod a profits a profit. I think it's only Dazah that thinks share prices going up non stop. We're so close to the £ mark a TATA deal on the back of signing up the slimbiome manufacturer Zeon this week for India could blow it to new highs imo. If not it could drift a bit, it could go either way short term. Long term, the way things are shaping up it currently looks like it will only go one way. | riskybusiness1
10/1/2019 15:36 | Martin costs should be roughly £100k per month possibly one offs here and there for exceptional costs but they have consistently kept costs tightly controlled. The beauty of the model is that this will not increase as the revenue grow (apart from own brand sales increasing and obviously a supermarket launch). 2017 costs were above normal due to the non recurring £228,212 cost associated with SBTX listing.Going back to yesterday and the admin costs Opti will have a full year of SBTX losses to account for this year (FY.17 £294,278 - H1.18 ££209,229 )however as shown below from RNS these admin costs include non cash losses that have no impact on Optibiotixs cash flow. 'The company now has to account for its share (41.9%) of future profits and losses. As this is an accounting adjustment, there is no impact on the Groups cash balance.'Admin costs can be misleading as they account for costs that are not actually paid for by Opti including amortisation of patents etc.Last years overall operating costs were £1,867,935 which includes the additional £228,212 from the one off cost of listing SBTX. Take that away you have £1,639,723. This works out at an average of £133k per month including all variable costs. Fixed overheads are under £100k. Based on SOH comment of 5x6x H1.18 I'd expect £400k-£500k revenues. Add in tax credits usually £100k+ any option/warrants (can't remember if Opti have had much this year) we should expect a loss but a fairly reduced loss hopefully under £1m. Even then the likes of Rayrac and co will be able to do the maths. If momentum keeps building as existing deals continue to launch new products and new deals continue coming and SBTX increases in value allowing Opti to sell a portion and provide a divi then the only way will be up. If all goes well in 2019 Opti will easily be cash generating. Not to mention this year with sweetbiotix and prebiotic division building with the appointment of Fred, former Vice President of £6bn turnover dairy giant Agropur starts to commercialise his division. Right space, right time and an absolutely phenomenal model to exploit opportunities presented by revolutionary technology via license agreements right across the supply chain from manufacture, formulator and distributors. It's very easy to see immense profit potential on the accumulation of all these deals when you look at the actual costs. | riskybusiness1
10/1/2019 15:19 | I think you're confusing negative comments with dishonest remarks? I've just been looking at your posting history, and to be honest, you don't actually ask any questions, you just post incorrect remarks to suit your agenda. Bye. | dire cons
10/1/2019 14:57 | Nimrod, good on you son. You think opti is heading down it seems like you are in the minority given the overwhelming positivity on this board. You're not allowed to question or have a negative view here which is short sighted I believe and prejudicial. | dazah
