Yes please ELrico. Other news, I've not really been able to stick to the 2 - 2 - go being 6'2" but I still love the taste, especially the orange cacao bars which I find DIVINE, I will try and reduce the amount of food I'm eating and certainly yesterday there was a massiv epile of cakes at work and I didn't fancy them, so that sugar-aversion aspect may be working (I am also trying to be vegan, though having to test Go Figure hasn't helped!) Here's hoping for a consolidation today and that the Winnifroth fans have paid their subs to Hotstockramps for another year with their profit-slicing!

But I think you put enough time and effort into Opti research etc etc as it is

Lounge I don't expect a different result. I am satisfied that I get the same result I.e to get a response from the rampers who claim they have filtered me.The added bonus is that it drives the rampers insane that they cannot stop me posting.So yes I am very happy to get the same result. Lounge you really must try harder. To be honest though, I think we have reached the limit of your admittedly small mental capacity.

It might be nothing but... If you do a recent web search for SlimBiome you get some results leading to a paper published at Arizona State University.

I can’t access the docs as you need to be a subscriber.

The web results show:
