05/4/2017 07:38 | I already know of course the answer to your question , see what he tells you, when you make that 'Good Samaritan ' telephone call ( lol), on behalf of us ' hard done by Opti shareholders ' , this is sarcasm (just in case you don't get it) | lukead
05/4/2017 07:33 | Heard back from Stephen yet? Can't wait lol | lukead
05/4/2017 07:30 | So there you have it. IPO day has arrived for a loss making "spin off" which is at the very minimum two years from commercialisation of its first products, and hence will need several more fundraisings along the way. What happened to the promised "free shares"? A deafening silence from OptiBiotix on this. Interestingly the only outside interest from institutions is Seneca partners with a pretty modest investment at that. Seneca of course have already sold their holding in OptiBiotix, and hence are merely recycling a percentage of their profits. Good luck, although I'm sure there are very disappointed Opti holders who were awaiting their "free shares". :( Aimho of course. | michaelmouse

05/4/2017 00:24 | Why rush to buy skin tomorrow when first product 2 years away? And that's only if all goes to plan which is often not the case with biotech. I for one am not paying a premium tomorrow and will wait for the right entry point. | branboyd1
04/4/2017 22:22 | OPTI put their details out on the 21/3/17 with regards the IPO. Anybody that can't access the IPO via their usual broker or trading account, try these:- I use TDDirect and they are ok, click on the menu top right, IPO Info, then bottom right menu. Good luck all. 04/4/2017 20:33 | lukehead ... I did talk to SOH and Sofia as per my post on the day of the UK Investor. You can also see the questions I asked in that post and see that asking about what OPTI shareholders will get as part the SKIN float was NOT one of them. Have a little read again and this time concentrate ... OneDayRodders - 01 Apr 2017 - 18:24:21 - 2384 of 2422 | onedayrodders
04/4/2017 19:41 | Good to see even the mouse reckons OPTI/ SBTX is now a BARGAIN, the leper has changed it's spots. Well done Mouse for getting it right for once after all your placing ridden disasters. Oh and well done also for offering to contact Stephen on our behalf over that little matter of the free shares. I am seeing you under a completely new light . 3 cheers for the Michael the Mouse. | lukead
04/4/2017 19:10 | I follow this thread, being a holder, and am somewhat confused about talk of shareholders receiving free shares (or free anything else for that matter). Who would give these free shares? Presumably the company (hard to see anyone else doing it). Which is owned by the shareholders. So what we're talking about here is the shareholders giving themselves shares, thus gaining the same amount they lose. Or creating new shares thereby devaluing the existing shares. Which doesn't seem to achieve a whole lot. So why the angst? | alanrussell
04/4/2017 18:53 | Currently SBTX is unknown with Barclays- I hope that changes by 8am tomorrow! | f3rdinand
04/4/2017 18:30 | not worried at all about the retrace, normal market trading on a ascending share price. This solidifies price and underpins it. Think a lot of the sells we saw today intend to roll that back tomorrow if they can secure a good buy in the flotation. | belgrano2

04/4/2017 17:31 | @Risky ~ we're on the same page really just that I'm saying the distribution will most likely be by dividend rather than the actual SkinBio shares held by OPTI being literally transferred to thousands of OPTI holders using multiple brokers and nominee accounts. | rollthedice
04/4/2017 17:27 | How to buy it tomorrow ??? What is epic ???? | t 34
04/4/2017 17:22 | Rtd - they will not issue shares they will reallocate their holding of shares back to shareholders. Opti can do what it wants with its holding this would not be in the admission doc. From tomorrow opti will keep our shares safe and sound whilst they grow in value. They then have the option to reallocate the whole allotment of Optis 40% holding back to us as a proportion of our holding in opti at a particular time. Or they may choose to gradually give this back to shareholders e.g 25% of Optis 40% then 50% of Optis 40% etc. The only questions are when this will happen and whether it will be gradual reallocation or all at once. Most likely will depend on skinbios performance | riskybusiness1 |
