I have traded shares now for 40 years, but never really made much money, I would read in the press about people who made thousands in a day, I came to the conclusion that they must have inside information, good example of this was when a friend of Geoffrey Archer made over 100 grand before selling them, she was a good friend of his but had never purchased a share before, It was obvious that archer had given her inside information about a company where he had interests, that got my thinking, I am not a clever man but realised this was the way to go, but how would I get inside info? Then I came up with a simple plan which has done me well, I would some times follow employees to see what pub they used, I would over a number of weeks become a good friend of there's(I would spend around 100 pounds over a number of weeks to get close to them) I would asked them what they do for a living on the first get together, but not asking them again for the next two meetings (unless they volunteered the information) after that I would gather information about the company. Optibiotix has some of the best people in there fields, my friend is a very clever person but it's surprising what triple will say once they have had 8 gin and tonics! DIAMOND.

jj :) sorry and i have nothing against diamond he even seems like a nice person but he posts like he knows something that we don't know yet never quite tells and that's because he doesn't know anything.

Scotty, with all this selling going on, why do you think the share price is going up?


diamond with all due respect the share price came down from 80p+ due to the worked YSF sell and yes that is one of the reasons it came back down.Today the share price is rising because we have buyers and no real seller in the market.Pray tell me and others if you know different.

Scotty - my point being, we don't know how much SKIN will require post IPO. My other point is the business model suggests not a great deal but given how much OPTI will retain, my best guess would be twice as much as OPTI, which would still make SKIN illiquid.

OK, thanks Elrico. A lot of factors to consider then, how demerger is handled, sentiment at the time etc.
Im looking forward to being able to take advantage ,as a patient holder,of the added value this demerger will bring....
