I think there's a good chance of closing at or even above 72.5p at EOP today. Looks like the seller really has cleared (at least for now anyway).Just my opinion...

Since April the chart has recorded depressingly lower lows, IF the price can sustain 72 to 73p by end of play this Friday then it should confirm the trend is over and a new positive one has begun.

I was away last week so missed the decline.

Horizontal support at 63.00p remained intact (on a two day closing basis) and the share-price just touched the bottom of the descending channel - again.

Closes above the recent high of 73.65p can be construed as a change in trend and would take us out of the descending channel. It would also give a double bottom.

The 50 day SMA is at a smidge over 70.00p and has kept a lid on things since late June.

The 200 day SMA is at 76.33p.

Indicators are bullish.

Even without news I have a feeling we'll be moving North again tomorrow. I think we have a new buyer plus the significance of the recent news is starting to sink in. That 67.5K trade after hours could have been a buy. Sentiment is changing.Mazzstar, re the quote from SOH back in April:"I'd be disappointed if next November we're not talking about four or five more deals,"Perhaps those deals have been agreed, but ND agreements are halting their release - as hinted at in the latest RNS (products anticipated for Spring 2017 etc).

A Tuesday update on any of the outstanding items on the waiting list could propel us out of the sideways range-bound action on to a new, more positive northward trend.

I live in hope, peace and prosperity for all. ;-)

I'm with JJ here. Online trades often go to referral even on small volume. The dog and bone is usually the best option and best price, IMHO.

Ferd,
Should be no difference in trading 1,000 shares in a nominee account or an isa

Barclays are pretty good usually to be fair. Buy and sell from an ISA so maybe that's the problem?

That's not strictly true Judy as when I wanted to top up this morning (69pish) - anything larger than 1,000 shares went to negotiated trade! :)

Just attempted a very large dummy sell online and there were no problems getting a quote. Having seen that 50k buy earlier it wouldn't surprise me if we now have a background buyer. Let's see if another late large trade shows up later.

Bernie - he was just baiting people. It's not the same and he never gave any TA or fundamentals to back his target. Had he done so, I would be quite happy to say, well done. I won't be giving him credit for 100p either 😂

£1 is just for starters here! This time next year our share price should be many multiples if SOH delivers!

Elrico I do agree but he stuck to his guns even when we got a bit of a rise back into the mid 70s. Anyway it was.the second half to 100 that I was more interested in! ;-)
