02/4/2019 12:39 | T.T thanks for getting back to me. | anderson3
02/4/2019 12:36 | I owned Manx telecom, which is subject to a takeover, and I will be getting a nice little sum coming my way, and I know where it will be reinvested. DIAMOND. | diamond fibre
02/4/2019 12:30 | To be fair he just says the typical 'weeks & months ahead' mantra. He's not going to say 'it will be months until these come through as dealing with multi bn corporates takes time'. People buy & sell on specific comments by CEO's so only a really inexperienced CEO would rule out any action in short term completely using specific language as it can give short term traders a big signal to sell. INL you do seem to hang on to specific words even when vague language is used....imo one of the most likely reasons is to prevent volatility & keep the market guessing as explained above. | riskybusiness1
02/4/2019 12:20 | About 50 ppl attended the preso - probably 70 capacity. Constant flow of ppl during the time I was there 9.30 - 2 pm. I'd estimate they spoke with around 100 investors on the day | trotterstrading
02/4/2019 11:59 | Yeah TT you aint doing a very good job, didn't you stand any count everyone who spoke to OPTI ? 😆 | scotty1
02/4/2019 11:52 | TT - is it possible to give an impression of who else/ how many others were talking to OPTI at UKI day? | m4rtinu
02/4/2019 11:41 | We didn't discuss food unwrapped. | trotterstrading
02/4/2019 09:59 | LPGOS is part of the TATA deal, not sure what role it will play at this point. Fred has been brought in to focus on LPGOS amongst other things but more generally I think the LOGOS/symbiotic science is to far ahead of the market at the moment, a bit like the Microbiome modulation claims - consumers don't known what this means yet.. however what SoH is doing is actually very astute, he is positioning us, much like a surfer waiting for a massive wave, building up the science, IP and products in anticipation of the Microbiome tsunami. It's no use grabbing your board as the swell builds, by then you've missed the wave, but getting in early does mean you have to be prepared to bob around in the water for a while. In the end once that wave hits it will all feel worth the wait because IMHO OPTI will be a $bln Company. FWIW I think we are 2-3 years away from that valuation but still plenty of upside in the meantime | trotterstrading
02/4/2019 09:35 | Did Food Unwrapped program get mentioned? | anderson3
02/4/2019 09:25 | To my knowledge the metric system, including weights and measures has been used in much of the world since the 1960s. USA seems to be an outlier in some areas. | aspex
02/4/2019 09:02 | Must have gone off by now then diamond 😁 | scotty1
02/4/2019 09:01 | The Metric ton has been used in India since around 1958. DIAMOND. | diamond fibre
02/4/2019 08:48 | re this EIS investor of £1.5m - I hope they look to buy on the open market. Indeed, it could be the cause of the recent weakness. Tree shake? | colinzeal
02/4/2019 08:35 | Metric ton, in my opinion, is normally American or Canadian terminology. But have no idea what terminology they use in India. | imnotlong
02/4/2019 08:24 | Thanks Trotters. Did LPGOS get mentioned at any point in your chat with Opti? | imnotlong
02/4/2019 08:20 | How much would the cost of 2 tons of Slimbiome be..... | nobbygnome
02/4/2019 08:11 | If you look at the Q&A you will see reference to 2 metric tons on Slimbiome orders this month, when I asked if SoH could tell me for which region he said "I can't as it will make it obvious which partner" that's a LOT of Slimbiome enough to make about 1m Muesli pots - in my mind that's either TATA's (order through Zeon) or Cereal Ingredients - either way it's very good news. I don't think we will be waiting long now for TATA! | trotterstrading
02/4/2019 07:51 | My reading of it was he was talking about TATA. Of course we couldn't expect anything from companies he met two weeks ago, whereas we've been waiting for TATA news for 2 years, so clearly something should be coming from here very, very soon. | shazbo
02/4/2019 07:14 | Risky, if it’s not realistic then SoH should not say it. | imnotlong
02/4/2019 07:10 | Must have missed that information but still a little confused was that the reason for the extended stay to meet all of the Zeon clients. | best1467
01/4/2019 23:30 | We were told the main purpose of the trip was for Opti to be introduced to Zeons clients who will buy the slimbiome ingredient from Zeon & incorporate it into an existing or completely new finished product via separate license arrangement. If you look at Zeons clients these are massive businesses. Corporations on this scale will not decide to proceed & negotiate a distribution contract with their new product plans for slimbiome in a couple of weeks after an introduction....As much as this would be great it's not realistic at all if you think about it. News could drop on any number of fronts however in the mean time. | riskybusiness1
01/4/2019 21:09 | SoH did a proactive interview on18th March when he said hopefully investors will see something from the India trip in the next couple of weeks. So maybe this week? | imnotlong
01/4/2019 20:52 | Little surprised still know news from the India trip any thoughts anyone | best1467
01/4/2019 19:43 | Oil from UKOG. | slartybartfaster
01/4/2019 18:44 | You should try working in a supermarket slarty, you could tell them what they have on their shelves? ;) One thing you won’t find though slarty...one guess! | rayrac |
