INTQ - No not me Eric. I posted about it once. Wish I had bought some when I noticed it. Some Charlie said it was heading to zero, and it then 3-bagged following an offer. If it was a fraud then it didn't affect investors that got in before it de-listed.

Yes 80,500,000 are the total voting rights looking again, but the point is YSF sold a mere 0.68% and they've still got 12% to get rid of. Since they can only sell on small amounts at any one time, it appears no-one wants them doesn't it.

Anyway, I really will have to leave you to it for a week or two now Eric. I get the impression that you desperately need company, and feel a bit guilty leaving you to it. Never mind keep posting 24/7. Alternatively, get out more.

Shrewdmole - Part of your query would require the sharing of inside info. You're correct, OPTI's OptiBiotic platform enhanced Chr Hansen's LGG probiotic strain. OPTI haven't improved the strain but developed a prebiotic which specifically enhances LGG which OPTI have all the IP for and can license. The way I understand the business model; OPTI would obtain royalty payments based on the end retail sale of any product(s). What the percentage would be is anyone's guess. I have a hunch OPTI BOD know though. ;)

You might be able to shed some light on something.

Opti have improved the chr Hansen strain I believe? So are Opti getting royalties for the improved strain as I can't see any info on how we earn from that only that we worked with them and Opti did improve it.

YSF have reduced their holding in the company from 12.42% to 11.74%. They have to update the market every %age point it crosses, i.e. if they were now to reduce from 11.74% to 10.74% they'd have to announce it via RNS. Below 3% it doesn't matter.

YSF disposed of stock, prob last week, possible some those on Friday? They have a stated policy of an orderly exit, which essentially means FinnCap try to facilitate a match trade to they don't get lumped into the market.

Elrico - thanks for asking such an awkward question. Clearly, with TATA, more patience than usual is required. But they wont want to miss out on potential revenue, so the visit to India, with the addition of Akums signing up, has been very productive.
