28/7/2016 16:57 | The Doc on twitter said that if the downward support was broken then there would be further downside and losses. THE SUPPORT LINE HAS BEEN BROKEN | fido
28/7/2016 16:38 | RAMPER, Without a deal N4 will receive NOTHING and will probably go bust. | fido
28/7/2016 16:34 | N4 will receive £3-5m upfront royalties Basic stuff | wahlberg
28/7/2016 16:31 | Patents are worthless without a deal and N4 doesn`t have one. | fido
28/7/2016 16:29 | And where is the £2-3 million coming from that Nigel will need. ONZ don`t have it and the chances of them getting it are pretty much ZERO. Nigel has no choice but to seek an alternative. | fido
28/7/2016 16:06 | Wahlberg You make it sound exciting ,hope you're right. | barrie16
28/7/2016 16:06 | Keya, NT made it clear in what he said that the future direction would be in the best interests of N4 shareholders which he qualified by stating as being himself and ONZ.ONZ has 49% of N4 and this holding isn't going to somehow vanish. It is a fact and ONZ is also a lender to N4.Maybe N4 will ultimately float independently or reverse into another listed company. ONZ would still be a shareholder but in company N4 Plc or xyz Plc. Makes no odds.NT will benefit in two ways - through his ONZ holding and through his N4 holding whatever the size of the latter ends up being. | patientcapital
28/7/2016 16:01 | fido My mistake I meant floating N4 Pharma and not ONZ and I have corrected my error . . . see how easy it is to admit you have got something wrong . . . So moving on, you have still not explained why when Nigel owns 16% of ONZ he would allow ONZ to fail . . . and if he does use some partnership agreements or indeed float N4 Pharma why it would be bad for ONZ since it owns 49% of N4 Pharma . . . if N4 Pharma is successful then it surely follows that ONZ is successful . . . | cufes2
28/7/2016 16:00 | Yes barrie It will be funny watching the anger increase when we are 3p/5p+ and n4 receive £3-5m upfront royalties to fund the development of just one of the blockbuster potential drugs and vaccines Anyone who has a ton of ONZ shares is going to have a fat wallet and bank account | wahlberg
28/7/2016 15:26 | Keya5000 He don't want ONZ or the directors to succeed. He has been slighted by the management of ONZ, in a big way. When UTN use to make excuses most years for bad results, you would never hear a peep out of Fido. He is an angry fellow. | barrie16
28/7/2016 15:24 | Don't get angry or upset but read Cufes post above again fido. I know there is not much between the old ears Fido but please some rationale thinking. Nigel's only got 51% to play with now regardless and he's in this for the equity return that ONZ will give him when n4 is successful. That's why he left the last company to start this one. He wants his share of success and diluting the existing 51% out massively will only decrease such. However the ONZ 16% he holds may well incease and why would he jeopordize such. | keya5000
28/7/2016 15:09 | In fact given that I have said that Nigel wants the onz share price to rise, it does make you wonder why he does not announce a deal with onz because it would be beneficial for his onz holding. The fact that he does not do that means that he is open to alternative offers, probably as I said above, one that can offer the full investment capital rather than onz handing round the begging bowl all the time. | fido
28/7/2016 15:01 | CuFeS2, Not 100% sure of your meaning but if you are saying that Nigel said that he would be looking to float N4 via onz then that is a complete lie because he didn`t say that at all. What he did say was that he was flexible about his options and included onz as one of a number of options. In fact if you were to listen carefully to what Nigel said you would hear him say that a vehicle that could offer him the full £2-3 million would be the best vehicle for N4. As onz does NOT have that kind of money I would say that it actually looks like Nigel WILL NOT be using onz to float. What is actually happening here is that Nigel keeps on dangling the carrot but actually guarantees NOTHING. If a company were to offer him £3 million and a clean route to market then he would jump at it. That company is NOT onz and the day Nigel announced a deal with another vehicle will see the onz suffer a substantial crash as the reality kicks in. I do not believe onz is able to survive without the pull of N4. | fido
28/7/2016 13:47 | Nigel owns 16% of ONZ . . . ONZ owns 49% of Nigel’s company N4 Pharma . . . in his presentation Nigel was talking about potentially floating N4 Pharma (edit I meant N4 Pharma and not ONZ) at some point in the future, using ONZ and/or setting up some partnerships for individual drugs . . . but Nigel specifically said . . . "We've tried to set it up with the greatest amount of flexibility so that we can maintain the value for our existing shareholders, us being Onzima and myself" . . . now explain why Nigel is going to compromise ONZ . . . | cufes2
28/7/2016 12:20 | We own him Wahlberg he's our b@tch. | keya5000
28/7/2016 10:57 | And now-TOTAL WIPE OUT | fido
28/7/2016 10:49 | Ah yes, Glenwick A favourite of mine too - 50% gain 6 months ago. | wahlberg |
