26/7/2016 21:48 | Cufes That's the nail very firmly hit on its head. Thankyou. | bigego
26/7/2016 21:38 | Fido Unfortunately for you, N4 and Nigel are intrinsically linked with ONZ and so Nigel is hardly going to actively destroy shareholder value here as you appear to want so much . . . it seems to me you are so bitter about your failed ramping and losses in UTN that you have lost your objectivity and are making yourself look foolish . . . | cufes2
26/7/2016 20:47 | Dear simple wahlberg. Even simple for a simpleton to comprehend. Then again. | keya5000
26/7/2016 20:45 | n4 sign a deal n4 receive upfront royalties Upfront royalties fund development We own stock on anticipation of above Simple stuff isn't it Keya | wahlberg
26/7/2016 20:44 | You can except a deramper whose short for a gain but this guy is unreal. Complete nut job. | keya5000
26/7/2016 20:43 | You know nothing sweet FA Fido about n4's progress and that's from the horses mouth. Again either prove otherwise or shut the f@ck up. | keya5000
26/7/2016 20:43 | The best thing about Fido is he used to talk about potential when promoting his own shares. But that's not allowed here apparently. Apparently we have to wait for the big Pharma deal to be announced first and then buy at a considerably higher shareprice. Whatever next! | wahlberg
26/7/2016 20:42 | He's getting angry again Wahlberg. He's right N4 don't have a deal today but there's nothing to say they won't have one tomorrow. That's what's in play now. | keya5000
26/7/2016 20:40 | keya, I know that N4 DO NOT have a deal. I know N4 DO NOT have any money for research. I know that onz DO NOT have the money to fund them. Everything else is pie in the sky fantasy. | fido
26/7/2016 20:37 | FACTS, are you having a laugh. There are NO facts because ONZ DOES NOT HAVE A DEAL. What Nigel talks about is potential which to RAMPERS like you gets repeated as facts. PS Stick to one thread you slime ball. | fido
26/7/2016 20:37 | no idea have you. N4 are looking for a partner now to take the most advanced reformulation being Viagra forwards. That's likely to dilute the end game of that one product some what but opens the door to the other products on the platform. Are you really that thick. I was going to say stick to the day job, but semi unemployed failed consUltants don't hack it. | keya5000
26/7/2016 20:36 | Once n4 sign the deal with a big Pharma co they will get upfront royalties to the tune of £3-5m Looking forward to that rns! | wahlberg
26/7/2016 20:34 | When you have a history of crocked dealing, that tendency does NOT die with time. | fido
26/7/2016 20:34 | lol Funny that he picked ONZ to campaign against. I've not seen anything but facts and quotes direct from the company used to promote the stock here. Wonder what the next Business Development investment will be? Once we're above 2p we'll probably have the best part of £1m in the bank | wahlberg
26/7/2016 20:28 | Keya your stupidity is getting tiresome. ONZ has invested £209,000. N4 require a further £291,000 for further research. Having completed research they need a further £2-3 million in development capital. Where is that money going to come from because ONZ don`t have it and if they try and hand round the begging bowl a few times then that is going to mean huge DILUTION for present shareholders. I really do find your stupidity unbelievable but there again the Emperors clothes looked mighty fine to all the stupid idiots who believed it. | fido
26/7/2016 20:26 | Wahlberg yes it will be funny. He's still deluding himself that he's selling a 51% stake of a company he thinks is a basket case to a contact he holds thats the CEO of a shell company with £6m cash. I am just off to talk the fairies at the end of my garden | keya5000
26/7/2016 20:25 | Higher gordon The NPV of the viagra deal must be £300m+ for n4 with half attributed to ONZ | wahlberg
26/7/2016 20:22 | Yes Keya It will be great seeing his frustration and anger once the share price moves a leg up or two. | wahlberg
26/7/2016 20:22 | Fido are you so utterly naive to think that there will not be an agreement in place that stops n4 diluting ONZ stake without their approval. I know you are special and very very naive but think about these things please | keya5000
26/7/2016 20:20 | Agree wahlberg can't wait to discuss this with Fido when we are in double figures. | keya5000
26/7/2016 20:20 | Keya, Nothing happens to it. It remains a stake as it is at the moment. The only thing to add is that if N4 is funded from an alternative shell ie one that actually has some money, then ONZ`s stake becomes DILUTED just as YOUR stake gets DILUTED whatever happens. | fido
26/7/2016 20:19 | So Fido's fantasy shell takes 51% left of n4. There cash funds N4 to viagra commercialisation without further dilution. Fido I do hope pull this off but I expect the only thing you have ever pulled off is yourself. | keya5000
26/7/2016 20:19 | GN was a NED. He resigned from SULA 3 years ago. Please try harder | wahlberg
26/7/2016 20:14 | Fido why not answer my question earlier. What happens to the 49% of N4 ONZ owns when your fantasy shell takes Nigel's 51%. | keya5000 |
