I will prove how deluded that statement is.
In his last interview Nigel reeled off a number of routes to market.
Watch the video and learn something rather than just swallow the ONZ is the one pill.
If Nigel has several options it means just that.
Only the completely stupid would assume he was only talking about ONZ.
Your arguments are fantasy. If Nigel says he has alternative options that means he has alternative options, END OF.

You are right n4 is the reason folk are here. They are investing in the potential that n4 holds like investors in SAR invest in the potential there.

I really can not comprehend how you can suggest to a contact that N4 may be a suitable investment for their shell yet stand by the remit it holds zero value.

N4 raising funds against the 51% not owned by ONZ would be great for ONZ it would crystallise value in the ONZ 49% and not leave the future funding solely down to ONZ.

If your fantasy meeting came to fruition you may have done the holders of ONZ a great service.

Right in your fantasy world Nigel walks away and gains finance for N4 via another vehicle taking an equity share in the 51% he still controls.

That vehicle invests cash in N4, they succeed and and attain a mcap of say £40m not unrealistic and in line with many small aim pharma's.

N4 is the ONLY reason people are here.

That is why if N4 fail to sign a deal ONZ will be dead within a few months.

If N4 do get a deal and use another vehicle to market ONZ will be dead within a few months.

You are suggesting ONZ are a good investment but that view depends entirely om EVERYTHING going to plan and EVERY decision to go ONZ way.

Reality is not like that and if they have any setbacks of if say Nigel were to go with an alternative route to market such as the one I will be suggesting then without a shadow of doubt ONZ will be dead within a few months.

NOTHING repeat NOTHING is certain in this life but you are expecting people to invest on the basis of everything going to plan.

What we have at the moment is fund raising after fund raising with NO production, no revenues and No guarantees. If Nigel were to walk away because maybe another shell offered more investment cash then it would be game over for ONZ and ONZ would join the list of Burnell`s other failures.

You really are a thick chump. Read about the fact we have a trading division and an investment division.

Today's RNS related to the trading division. What is hard to comprehend.

The investing remit allows a degree of flexibility and can be bypassed by conv loans etc. if required the a resolution amending such could also be passed.

Every holding they have taken to date has performed.

You have all just proven my point.
All you ever hear on this board is about N4.
When I point out that N4 is only 25% of the business and the rest is all resource investment all I get in response is the usual "This is is all about N4 and the rest does not matter".
Then when you get a resource RNS its "Yippee another resource investment, fantastic news",

Well its not fantastic news for the following reasons.

Every resource investment UNDERLINES onz as a resource investment company AND NOT a pharmaceutical one.
Every penny they spend on a resource investment means they have less to spend on the drug side.
Every penny means they are closer to handing round the begging bowl which means even more DILUTION.

So NO, this is not good news at all, its BAD NEWS.

Onzima (AIM: ONZ) is pleased to announce that it has participated in the GBP374,000 fundraising announced on 25 July by Ferrum Crescent Ltd ("Ferrum").

Onzima has invested approximately GBP64,500 acquiring 32,226,485 shares at 0.2p and, subject to approval at a general meeting of Ferrum, 32,226,485 options exercisable at 0.3p per share for 2 years.

The Board of Onzima commented:

"We are pleased to have increased our exposure to the upside of Ferrum Crescent whilst adding approximately GBP100,000 of options to our portfolio."

Ferrum, the ASX, AIM and JSE quoted metals project developer, has stated that it intends to use the net proceeds from the Placing for the Group's general working capital purposes. This includes in due course, subject to the exercise of the company's option over GoldQuest Iberica, S.L. ("GoldQuest"), a planned structured work programme across GoldQuest's Toral and Lago lead-zinc exploration projects in the provinces of León and Garcia (the "Iberian Projects"), with the objective of establishing a maiden JORC Code compliant resource estimate at the Iberian Projects, the rapid establishment of metallurgical characteristics and a viable metals separation and processing profile.
