Composition Publishing Catalogue of over 120 tracks

One Media iP Group Plc (AIM: OMIP), the digital music rights acquirer, publisher and distributor, is pleased to announce that further to the announcements of 18 January 2021 and 7 June 2021, for a modest consideration it has exclusively signed a further deal on the composition rights to the music composed and produced by Ian Levine including a new recording deal Levine has made with multimillion selling artist Evelyn Thomas.

Evelyn Thomas has recorded many Levine productions over the years including the number one hit 'High Energy' charting in the UK in 1984. Evelyn Thomas and Ian Levine are again collaborating on three new recordings. "Pounding the Street", "Isolation" and "One Less Angel" are all due to be released before Christmas.2021. This is the first time Levine and Thomas have collaborated on music together in 33 years. One Media represents both Levine and Thomas on the publishing to the new tracks.

Announced on 18 January 2021, One Media acquired the producer royalties of the hits 'A Million Love Songs', 'Could It Be Magic' and 'I Found Heaven', all from Take That's 1992 debut studio album, Take That & Party, which has been certified two-times platinum in the UK. One Media acquired the producer rights to Take That from producer Ian Levine. Levine a prolific writer and producer in the Motor City and Northern Soul genre having recorded over 2,300 songs in his career spanning 50 years. The Company already has control of the master recordings to Levine's recording catalogue and markets them to over 600 digital stores globally.

The agreement sees One Media exclusively representing the collection and administration of Levine's publishing income to over 120 musical copyrights from a variety of artists for life of copyright.

Other artists from within the catalogue of over 120 tracks performing in the Levine Northern Soul publishing catalogue are: Candi Staton, Sidney Barnes, Jimmy James, The Four Vandals, Angelo Starr, The Flirtations, Tammi Lavette, Jay Harvey, Tahira Jumah, and Lorraine Silver all Northern Soul legends in their own right,

The acquisition is in line with management's expectations and the Company's business plan.
