Oncimmune Holdings plc (AIM: ONC.L), a leading autoantibody profiling company to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry enabling precision medicine, today announces that it has sent a notice of a General Meeting ("GM") to shareholders, to be held at 11:00 a.m. GMT on 10 March 2025 at 201 Temple Chambers, 3-7 Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y 0DT. The principal purpose of the GM will be to approve the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 August 2024 ("Annual Report") which was published today.
