Oncimmune Holdings plc (AIM: ONC.L), a leading autoantibody profiling company to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry enabling precision medicine, announces that it has sent a notice of a General Meeting ("GM") to shareholders, to be held at 10:00am GMT on 2 April 2024 at the offices of Singer Capital Markets, 1 Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX. The principal purpose of the GM will be to approve the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 August 2023 ("Annual Report") which was published on 29 February 2024.
